From day one you have sacrificed your time and love for the Eccles Camp every Friday night to help build something special that helps men in tough times. 💚

Every single Friday night, you show up - dedicated, steady and true - to keep CAD / Cleaner & Dryer running, leading those boxing sessions and holding this space for all the men who come through that door and climb them steps to be better men.

You are the heartbeat of these nights, and none of it would happen without you.

What people might not always see is the size of your heart, how you so often put others first, ahead of yourself and even your own family at times.

That kind of selflessness is rare, it's precious, and we want you to know that we see it, we appreciate it, and we honour it.
You are so deeply valued, not just for what you do, but for who you are.

Thank you for caring so deeply, for showing up so faithfully, and for being the wonderful man you are.

I took my beautiful daughter Safiya to watch her favourite girl group, Katseye at the Co-op Live Arena on Sunday as a birthday gift.
I got her VIP tickets with Premium seating. She brought her best friend Annabelle.
She was so excited.
myself and Annabelle’s dad, Ben were at their side whilst they sang and danced away all night.

A solid week of training and coaching 🔥

Strength Training and boxing 🥊 Tuesdays and Thursdays 💪 with my 13 year old Son, Haytham who’s getting stronger and improving his boxing skills with every session. He’ll be out fighting his 1st skills bout when the season starts in September 🙌

Coaching the Wednesday kids boxing class where my daughter Safiya is doing really well 🥊

An early 10th birthday party for my daughter Safiya (it’s not her birthday till 29th) but she wanted a party with her school friends before they finished for the summer holidays.
