these last two weeks have been very interesting. been going through some major life changes, and I’ve found so much comfort in the gym, in my friendships, and in myself. I am really proud of that, and I feel as good as I can moving forward. I’ve been forgetting to document or track or do anything but I am doing excellent with the food and gym. taking space and enjoying my company! Looking forward to a new year 🐎🐴 by @leez.fit

as promised here is a 2 week update! life has been good! running has been slowing down a bit, but I’m still keeping active. been taking more intentional time to read, gem, walk, sleep- I’m ready to shift gears back into action. A few days away from the gym and I’m itching to lift again !!! Run again!! by @leez.fit

heyyyyyyyy 🙂‍↕️ so this year absolutely sucked in more ways than one but I’m leaving that in the past. There were beautiful memories of course and many people and things I am grateful for. Moving to 2026, my goals are solidified and I am not giving myself the chance to slip. I know I haven’t been posting but frankly my health and fitness had to be put to the side while other ✨things✨were sorted out. I have many fitness goals and I hope to continue documenting and posting to keep myself accountable <3 muah by @leez.fit
