How music changes our DNA 🧬

This finding @theterrencehoward is speaking about shows that our DNA is “tuning” itself to a specific set of musical frequencies by tightening, resulting in a feeling of deep joy, sometimes ecstasy or simply: resonance.

It seems each one of us has a “core key” where the DNA is resonating with the most.

Tbh I cried multiple times while I was working on this track … 😂

This is my latest song called THE ORACLE together with the magic of my friends @evelienbosch (the voice that made me cry) and @raphaelhelion (the handpan that enchanted me).

I created this song in a way so you can consciously & rhythmically merge your breathing with it while the whole cinematic atmosphere of the song is intended to put you back into a long forgotten, ancient time.

Guess I had my own little healing journey with it 🙆🏻‍♂️

Death means coming home 😮‍💨

It’s a gateway into another stage of life.
A returning to our true selves.

It’s like a big breathing cycle 🌬️

Having discovered this video is really profound because I have released a song earlier this year with the name O-HEM - literally meaning HOME. I created it to help us RECONNECT to our true selves.

When the song was featured in a Breathwork Video with @breathewithsandy earlier this year
hundreds of people have exactly experienced that 🥲 (including myself)

An extraordinary discovery by John Stuart Reid in the Kings Chamber of the Great Pyramid Of Giza.

It’s one of now many discoveries linked to the inherent musical nature of the Pyramid(s) 🎵

But not just the pyramids are fine tuned to and resonate strongly with music & sound - our bodies as well.
