This is probably the ONLY part of my workouts that I don’t show, it’s so easy to pick up our phones in between sets.

But a few months back I made it my business to read scripture in between sets and what I’ve noticed is the equivalence of a mild pre workout I always feel so strengthened and full of power through the reading

If we be real we lack the fruits of the spirit and in this case it would be patience and longsuffering

As a intercessor I’m always in prayer mode and that’s not to brag

but that’s what God called me to do and that’s abide in his word , the Bible declares we should pray with out ceasing.

a couple weeks ago I had the pleasure of hosting Bibles and brunch in Dallas Texas with my new sister @victoria_yetunde and out of all the brunch’s it was my favorite God what I needed after pouring into ppl all week long
