Fearless, Faith, Fun. Live Life to the Fullest. Victorious Runner 🏃🏿‍♀️🙏🏾

POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

This weekend wasn’t about race pace.
It was about enjoying every moment… every mile.

High-fiving volunteers along the course.
Thanking the supporters who showed up.
Dancing past the DJs.
Singing along with the announcers.
Encouraging other runners along the way.

Running with friends and truly taking it all in.

Because in that moment I realized something —
I was doing something special…
something few people get to experience.

20 years running this race….
131 half marathons later… and I’m still grateful.

Publix Atlanta Half Marathon Years 16–20 (2022–2025)

Somewhere along the way, this race stopped being about finish times.

It became about legacy.
About community.
About showing up year after year.

In 2022, I ran my 100th half marathon right here at home.
Bib 100.
Rain the entire race.
Friends at the finish with signs and balloons.
An interview at the line.
A moment I’ll never forget.

And now… 20 years later, I’m still here.

One of 101 runners who have run this race every single year.
They call us “Streakers.”

Grateful. Proud. Still hungry.

Year 20 loading…🏃🏾‍♀️🙌🏾💫🇻🇮

It was a Lovely Day to volunteer at the Inaugural Southside BeltLine 8K, the 3rd race of the Loop Series!

First up… Wave A, YOU’RE CLEAR! 🚦😂
I got the runners sent off, then quickly switched hats and jumped into Wave B because I wasn’t about to miss out on the fun!

And what a course! 🔥 Running on the NEW stretch of the Atlanta BeltLine was such a cool experience. Great weather, an awesome turnout, plenty of good energy, and runners showing UP!

From cheering runners on to becoming one of the runners myself… that’s my kind of Saturday!

Huge THANK YOU to @atlantatrackclub for another awesome race and for giving us another reason to RUN ATL!

Volunteer ✔️
Wave A sent off ✔️
Wave B conquered ✔️
8K in the books ✔️
Good vibes ALL DAY ✔️

Until the next one… KEEP RUNNING ATL!

Sometimes you don’t realize how far you’ve come until you see yourself reflected in moments like this.

Thank you @adidasrunners and @atlantatrackclub for selecting me to be part of the 2026 Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race photoshoot.

Walking through the expo and seeing my photos displayed alongside so many incredible Atlanta Track Club Ambassadors was a surreal and humbling experience. As someone who has spent years running these streets, volunteering, cheering others on, and serving as an ambassador, this moment meant more than I can put into words.

This wasn’t just about seeing my face on a wall, it was a reminder that every early morning run, every finish line, every setback, every comeback, and every mile has been worth it.

To everyone who has supported my running journey over the years… thank you. This moment belongs to all of us.

Here’s to continuing to inspire, represent, and celebrate our amazing running community. ❤️🏃🏾‍♀️🍑🌳

I’m proud of me… and I’m just getting started.

Now THIS is how you celebrate 6.2 miles! 🍻

Huge thanks to @SweetWaterBrew for keeping over 50K runners hydrated with ice-cold beer, chill tents, and plenty of seating after the race.

And y’all didn’t run out… that’s a WIN! 🏆🍺

The finish line was just the beginning—the real party was at the @adidasrunners finisher’s tent! 🎉🍑🌳

After 6.2 miles of Atlanta heat, hills, humidity, and one unforgettable Peachtree Road Race, there was no better place to recover than with friends. Cold drinks. Cool fans. Great conversations. Endless laughs. New friendships and old ones reunited. These are the moments that remind me why I keep coming back year after year.

Thank you, @runnersatlanta, for giving us a place to relax, recharge, and celebrate an incredible Fourth of July with the running community. The miles bring us together, but it’s the people who make Peachtree Road Race so special.

Already counting down to next year! 🍑🌳

26 Peachtree Road Races. 🍑🌳🇺🇸

Every year is different.

Some years I chase a PR.
Some years I chase a goal.
This year…I chased moments.

I slowed down, embraced the party pace, stopped for selfies, cheered on friends, thanked volunteers, high-fived spectators, and soaked in the energy that makes the Peachtree Road Race unlike any other.

The miles will fade, but these memories, friendships, and smiles are what I’ll remember most.

Here’s to 26 years of celebrating July 4th the Atlanta way. ❤️🤍💙

Thank you @atlantatrackclub for another Great Day 🍑🌳🙌🏾

Day 1 at the Peachtree Health & Fitness Expo ✔️🍑🌳

Before the miles come the smiles.

Today was all about serving the running community, checking in volunteers, helping runners pick up their race bibs, encouraging first-timers, reconnecting with friends, and sharing the excitement that makes Peachtree weekend so special.

Being an Atlanta Track Club Ambassador isn’t just about race day. It’s about showing up, giving back, and helping make every runner’s experience unforgettable.

Tomorrow… the streets of Atlanta belong to the runners. Let’s go! 🍑🌳

WE READY!!🍑🌳🔥

It’s almost go time! The Peachtree Health & Fitness Expo starts tomorrow, and race day is just around the corner.

This year marks my 26th Northside Hospital Peachtree Road Race, and I still get just as excited as I did the first time. There’s nothing quite like the energy of the world’s largest 10K on the Fourth of July! 🇺🇸

🍑🍑🍑🍑🍑 × 5 + 🍑 = 26 😉

Who’s heading to the Expo?

⬇️ Drop your Peachtree number in the comments! Whether it’s your 1st or your 50th, I’d love to know!

I’m running to the biggest July 4th party in Atlanta..

Forget the miles. This is Atlanta’s biggest July 4th celebration. 🎆🍑🌳

Thousands of runners. Thousands of spectators. One city coming together for a tradition unlike any other. Whether you’re chasing a PR, walking with friends, or experiencing your first Peachtree, there’s a place for you at the starting line.

As an Atlanta Track Club member, you have the best version of this tradition with guaranteed entry, the lowest price on registration and preferred wave placement in A-M. In order to lock in those benefits, you need to register By Midnight!!

Happy 60th Birthday to my running buddy, @mrlovliness 🎉🎂🏃🏾‍♂️

Over 12 years of races, miles, injuries, laughs, and memories… I honestly couldn’t have done this crazy running life without you.

From the first time Alyce introduced me to you, I knew you were my person. Seeing that bag of potato chips hanging on your cubicle wall while you told me you weren’t eating it until you reached your goal — and hearing about you training for your first half marathon — I had no idea where this journey would take us.

You’re responsible for so many of my “firsts”:
• my first out-of-state half marathon
• my first back-to-back half marathon
• my first trifecta weekend
• my first flight of beers 🍻😂

Somewhere along the way, “Let’s run a half marathon in every SEC state” turned into:

“Let’s join @halffanatics
Then: Let’s join the #100halfmarathonsclub
And somehow…
you even convinced me to come out of marathon retirement to start chasing these World Marathon Majors 😩😂

Through all the injuries, setbacks, and tough moments we’ve both endured, giving up was never an option.

Wishing you the happiest birthday and many more years filled with miles, medals, friendship, laughter… and good poops 💩🥰🎁🎈🙌🏾 by @leftyspin24
