Comment 2217 for the details!

I’ll be honest I thought this one was good for what I saw on the outside, but I had no idea how good it was on the INSIDE, not to mention the backyard!!

Full of surprises like a conservatory, built in bunks and a rooftop deck- if you’re moving to or within the Treasure Valley, you won’t want to miss this iconic Eagle, home.

5 ACRES in Eagle, Idaho and SO many features to love 🤩

Over 6,600 sq ft in the main home plus around 2,300 sq ft of detached living space!

Between the pool, pool house area, ADU, gym, and everything else this property has to offer, there is seriously so much to love.

And can we talk about Legacy Homes?! Easily one of my favorite luxury home builders in the Treasure Valley. Their attention to detail is always so good!

This home is also featured in the 2026 Fall Boise Parade of Homes, so you can tour it in person October 2nd through the 18th! 🍂

Eagle has leveled ⬆️

Most see this as real estate! I see this as a work of art.

Make sure to get out and see the Fall Parade of Homes now until 10/18.

A decade in new construction taught me one thing: the best homes start as someone’s vision and end as something you can actually walk through. 🏡✨
Legacy Homes does that better than almost anyone. They take a dream and build it, detail by detail, until it feels inevitable.
I still remember buying my first drone and thinking, someday I’ll get to show this kind of work. Today I get to. Filming this house was an honor, and the Treasure Valley has never looked better from the air. 🚁📸
Parade of Homes is open now through October 18. Go see it. You’re not just supporting the builder. You’re supporting the vendors, the trades, the REALTORS®, and every person who put their hands on that house. 🙌
