Heavenly Father, if you are not the foundation, and the reason I pray you remove it all.

There’s a reason they are cheaper 🚩

We have been in business for long enough to know cheaper isn’t always better.

When I first started my business I would hear all the time “The other quote was cheaper”. I would get frustrated and was confused. How could someone be that much cheaper and still provide high quality service? I would often find myself lowering my costs to get the job and allowing clients to control my pricing. Cool I got the job but at what cost? By doing so I would find myself either having to lower my quality of work or losing money at the end of the day.

Over the years I’ve learned my value and the quality of service I provide. I’ve learned that if you are looking for the cheapest guy on the block, I’m not contractor for you. We as a team provide a high quality service with years of experience and dedication. We as a team expect excellence and only use the best materials available. We as a team value communication very high and will be there for you when we say we will.

Are we the most expensive? No, but we understand we are a rare breed in the construction industry and this comes at a cost.

Sure, go ahead and call the cheaper guy.. but don’t say I didn’t tell you so 😉 by @legacybuilders.chatt

This is our purpose and our “why”. To create spaces that nurture community. Seeing this video gives me chills. Sure, the space looks great, we’ve used high-quality materials, and a ton of hard work went into it. But above all, it’s about creating a place where people can come together and enjoy life. It’s about creating a welcoming place that feels like home.

Thank you @chrisliberty_ and @sierraliberty for trusting us with your remodel project and being amazing clients to work for!
