🎸🎄 Rockin’ Around the Christmas Tree—for a cause! 💜

Legacy families, let’s give back to our community! Between now and **Monday, November 16**, bring a holiday tree decoration or a wrapped gift to place on or under our LDC tree. Think rock & roll flair! ⚡️🎶

Our tree will be auctioned, with all proceeds benefiting **K.A.R.E. (Kids Advocacy Resource Effort)** to help put an end to child abuse in Haywood County.

🌟 Meet Our Student Teacher: Gia! 🌟

Gia is entering her 11th year of dance! What began as a love for music and movement grew into a passion for performing. She has trained in ballet, tap, jazz, hip-hop, contemporary, and acro, and dance has become a big part of who she is! 💜

For the past three years, Gia has helped teach young dancers and tumblers at Legacy. She loves encouraging them as they learn new skills, gain confidence, and discover their own joy in dance!

A student at Waynesville Middle School, Gia is always ready to cheer on those around her. Outside the studio, she enjoys crafting, baking, and spending time with friends and family. Her favorite color is purple! ✨

Her proudest moments include performing and competing alongside her team and seeing how much her hard work has helped her grow over the years.

🌟 Meet Our Student Teacher: Noel Clackett! 🌟

Noel is starting her 11th year of dance! Her journey began at age 3 when her mom noticed she was always dancing around the house. She’s loved being on the move ever since! 💗

An 8th grader at HCA, Noel has been involved in student government, FCA, drama club, and girls’ Bible study. She lives on a bison farm and enjoys spending time with the many animals! She also has an older brother, Josiah, and a younger sister, Joy, who dances too.

Outside the studio, Noel loves hanging out with friends, and her favorite colors are pink and turquoise! 🩵

One of her proudest dance memories is performing “Dancing People” with her team. Their jazz dance earned the highest score of the day at two different competitions and placed 2nd overall at nationals! 🏆

This season, Noel can’t wait to share her love of dance and help younger students learn new skills. We’re so excited to see her encourage our little dancers as they grow! ✨ by @legacydancecenternc

🌟 Meet Our Student Teacher: Madison Dills! 🌟

Madison is 17 and celebrating her 14th year of dance! Since starting at age 4, dance has given her a place to be herself and express emotions beyond words. From ballet to musical theatre, she’s explored every style and loves the excitement each new season brings! 🩵

Teaching is close to Madison’s heart, both in and outside the studio. She tutors middle school students in math and science, assists with Science Olympiad, and serves as National Honor Society Secretary and Student Council Vice President at HCA. This season, she’s excited to meet her new dancers, get to know them personally, and help them grow!

Outside of dance, Madison enjoys reading, traveling, drawing, crocheting, and baking. Her favorite colors are light blue and turquoise, and her faith is an important part of her life. ✨

Her proudest dance moment was performing a solo dedicated to her late papaw. While the dance earned many awards, what meant the most was feeling connected to him each time she stepped onstage, expressing how much she loved and missed him. 🤍

As Madison celebrates her final year at Legacy, we’re so grateful for the heart she shares with our students. Here’s to a season filled with meaningful memories, new adventures, and lots of love! 🫶 by @legacydancecenternc

🌟 Meet Our Student Teacher: Ella Grace! 🌟

This season marks Ella Grace’s 14th year of dance! Her love for performing started as a little girl, dancing along to cartoons and putting on shows for her family. Now, she’s sharing that joy with our youngest dancers! 💗

Ella Grace attends Pisgah High School, where she maintains a 4.2 GPA and is a member of HOSA and the National Honor Society. She hopes to pursue a nursing degree and one day care for babies in the NICU!

Outside the studio, she enjoys spending time at Douglas Lake, hanging out with friends, and babysitting on the weekends. Her favorite color is pink! 🎀

Her proudest dance moments include placing well at competitions alongside her team. This season, she’s especially excited to teach preschool classes, encourage her students, and watch them grow year after year.

🌟 Meet Our Student Teacher: Presley! 🌟

Presley has been dancing for 8 years! Her love of music and performing brought her to dance, and now she can’t imagine life without it. This season, she’s excited to help younger dancers grow, build confidence, and discover the same joy she feels in the studio. 💚

At 14, Presley is a college freshman with big dreams! Outside of dance, she enjoys cooking, baking, writing, and spending time with her five siblings. She’s working toward publishing her first novel and plans to attend law school to pursue business law. Her favorite color is dark green!

Her proudest dance moment? Being trusted to become a student teacher. Knowing her teachers believe in her ability to teach and be a role model makes this opportunity especially meaningful. ✨
