“I won’t cry, I’m ready to be done with it”, what I said directly before closing night of Hadestown, in which I proceeded to sob like a firehose onstage during our final moments “below” lol. I understand why people like this show so much now 🙉 by @legallyfinn

Random dream role achieved 👾 Charlie and the Chocolate Factory has been a bucket list show for me for MANY years (if you’ve ever had the pleasure of talking to me for way too long you will know it’s my secret favorite musical soundtrack), and while other nine year old boys would have wanted to play Charlie, I said “NO, I am Mike Teavee”! And so I was cast in my first ever named role in Willy Wonka Jr. (peep the last photo), if not for that role I doubt I would still be doing theatre today. That’s why this deeply unserious role with little to no depth means SO much to me; it’s a truly full circle moment (as I’ve repeated many times throughout this process) and it’s me getting to thank the show that started it all. And OH THIS PROCESS WAS SO FUN, I made and became closer with so many friends and found so much joy learning the super fun choreo, blocking and vocals. I will truly never forget this. I really hope this is not my last moments with this show, it was my first EVER favorite musical and it has always held a very special place in my heart ever since.

In the words of the iconic 1971 film: “We are the music makers, and we are the dreamers of the dreams.”

Thank you, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory! 🍫🫐🩰📺🎫 by @legallyfinn

I don’t think it’s possible for me to have a bad experience with this show. This isn’t a show that people do very often, so it’s forever going to be a flex that I’ve been in it twice!! The highlight of my theatre career forever will be when I filled in for the character Laurel (and of course understudying Ellie Blake)💀💀. Obviously this is a very special show to me and it’s one of my favorite musicals, the first time I did it is what I often say was my favorite rehearsal process, but this one was the most fun I’ve ever had actually performing the show; after twelve shows you really get attached to the cast and the show itself. It’s really hard to say goodbye, cause the chances of me doing this show for a third time are astronomically low, but I’ll foreeeeeever cherish the memories I made both times around. Thank you Freaky Friday 🥲🥲 by @legallyfinn

I think I’m the only person on the face of the planet that’s been in High School Musical 2 twice taken in Lava Springs Country Club by @legallyfinn

This is such a deeply unserious show that has all the heart in the world written into it. I mean, when you think “Spongebob The Musical” you don’t think that it would be written by over twenty different people, all of which are critically acclaimed artists and most of which have upwards of five Grammy’s. Every single one of those artists also decided that they were going to write the hardest piece of music ever, so there is fifteen full cast numbers that are ridiculously difficult, and it’s why I say that the ensemble singing was actually the hardest part of this show for me. I also got to perform alongside some amazingly talented seniors (some of which I’ve known for over five years)! I even received a standing ovation closing night of this show! I love each and every person whose hands touched this show, and I can’t wait to see what comes next. Thank you, @cytnashville! taken in Bikini Bottom by @legallyfinn

Annie was such a blessing to work on! This was my seventh show with @cytnashville and will be one of my favorites for years to come. Thank you to everyone on the cast and crew for the opportunity to be in such a hopeful show, it’s something we all need sometimes :) by @legallyfinn

That’s a wrap on Freaky Friday (my second summer show with this year)! I would’ve given anything to perform as Parker for more than just one day. (It’s so crazy how many inside jokes were created during this show with such a small cast, so I did my best to round up some of my favorites,) thank you to all the coconut trees, tic-tac-toe winners, baby food and twinkie eaters, hula hoop jump-ropers, the freaky squad, color theory wedding attendees, and anyone who has picnics in picnikon park (i’m deciding that is the official spelling); big thanks as well to @fssdschools for allowing us to use their amazing performing arts center (it’s so special I still get to perform at that theatre!) and of course, @cytnashville including the entire directing team who helped us put this show together in just TWO weeks! I love you guys so much! by @legallyfinn
