Today marks one year of being a certified Pilates instructor 🥹 When I started this journey, I truly did it on a whim, no grand plan, no clear vision of what was ahead BUT God.

In the last 365 days, I’ve unlocked a new level of confidence, taught 100+ classes, worked at two different studios, hired to teach at birthday & bachelorette parties, made new friends, and had the privilege of helping so many people move, grow, chase strong, and have fun through Pilates.

I’m beyond grateful for every person who trusted me, supported me, and gave me a shot along the way.

What an unforgettable season & unbelievable experience to witness my team, @canesfootball, play in the CFP National Championship game at our home in Miami. 🏈

Although we didn’t get the outcome we so desperately hoped & prayed for, I couldn’t be prouder of this group of boys for giving us one hell of a season. I’m so grateful to have shared this moment with my dad and my bestie. 🥹

Baby, this is what I came for @calvinharris. 💃🏾

What started as me scrolling on TikTok and seeing all these videos of Calvin at his residency in Ibiza, and thinking how cool it must be there, led me to say 'yolo' and book my very first solo trip within two weeks of my departure. There aren’t enough words to describe what this trip meant to me, so I’ll leave you with this...
