💪 Baby Bench Press — Until arms give out

🔥 Baby-Weighted Ab Crunches — 20 × 3 or until baby is out of giggles

🏃 Toddler HIIT Sprints — Chase children around

🧸 Toy Pickup Deadlifts — Approximately 243 reps

Millennial mom here 🙋‍♀️ Thought it was 2004 when I traveled with just a carry-on, no kids, & magazines 😄

Travel with a newborn (& toddler) is different: feeds, pumping & diaper changes don’t take a vacation - though the housekeeper at the resort did wash all my pump parts daily, god bless her 🙌

There will be a time to read on the plane and at the beach 📚🤓 but for now I’m soaking in these life experiences with my kids 🥰 aka parenting with a view 🏝️🍼😎

Beach days, boat rides, and core memories made 🏝️💫 St. Lucia gave us slow mornings, swims, salty hair, stunning views, and quality family time away from it all 🇱🇨🫶 It’s not all smooth sailing traveling with kids, but as my dad’s shirt says “Never cry over spilt milk, it could’ve been whisky” 😁 A truly special place and memorable trip 🩵💛

Where better to celebrate another trip around the sun, than IN the sun ☀️ Especially in sunny St. Lucia 🇱🇨

Truly grateful to experience St. Lucia, with my family, and for the wonderful memories made ✨ My kids may not remember this trip, but I will, and I will cherish these memories always 🥰

I will forever remember our baby’s first dip in the ocean was on my birthday, and celebrating 4-months with her outside the womb in St. Lucia 💛🩵

All us girls turning 4️⃣’s… is there significance to this numerology 🤔 All I know is that I’m loving the alignment🧘‍♀️

Thank you to the village who carried us through our first month - with meals that nourished mommy so she could feed our baby girl, for loving on big sister, for diapers changed while I healed, and for working through Christmas and New Year’s to keep mommy and baby healthy.
