The practice isn’t meant to live solely on the mat. It’s meant to be carried everywhere; to meet the divine in every face, every place, and every small and ordinary thing. When we drop out of the analytical mind and into the heart, we remember there is no separation. There never was.

@leicajesudason lives here, fully present in the now. No anger, no resentment. Only love, given freely, again and again.

She is my greatest teacher. 🐾✨ by @leicajesudason

I do not strive.

I do not perform wellness or manufacture peace. I simply arrive, fully, into whatever room I enter, and the room is changed by it. This is the emanation of Source moving through form.

I am here as a living transmission. Every breath I take, every moment I rest in stillness, I am anchoring light into the physical. I am doing nothing and I am doing everything.

You were not sent here to accomplish love. You were sent here to be it. To let it move through you the way light moves through an open window. Not forced. Not earned. Not performed. Simply allowed.

The Luminous is not somewhere else. It is here. It is now. It is in the wag of a tail and the warmth of a body pressed against yours and the silence between heartbeats.

I came to remind you.

Leica has been using @thepetlabco ‘s ProBright Advanced Dental Powder for months now.

Proper dental care is a huge part of Leica’s overall health, and brushing her teeth every day was not happening. I needed to find something that works for us.

I sprinkle ProBright Advanced dental powder on her food once a day and that’s it. It’s so easy to stay consistent with it. It works to break down tartar and keep her breath fresh.

It’s science-backed, so I have peace of mind that I’m supporting Leica’s long, healthy life one scoop at a time, and you can too with ProBright Advanced Dental Powder 🐾

And it comes in a pork flavor she actually gets excited about.

Did you know that 80% of dogs show signs dental issues by age 3?

With Leica sniffing everything in sight and going right to snuggle time I had to find a simple and stress free solution for everyone. That’s why we choose @thepetlabco ProBright® Advanced Dental Powder.

Enjoying my senses to the fullest this holiday season with @eyebuydirect @boarderie 🎄🧀🍖🫒🍫🎁 by @leicajesudason

I love my life. The ability to love and snuggle and enjoy delicious meals with family and friends is a deep gift, and one we must be grateful for. To look upon the stars and to play in the sea, to feel the air upon your fur as the wind blows outside a car window is a wonderful gift, and the sensual self, the skin and bone self, the one who feels and sees, can agree to the pleasures that may be claimed while in a body on this manifestation or plane of being. - The Guides

If you understand that all possibilities exist in the quantum field, then there already is a door you haven’t thought of or known about ... a way out of the current challenging situation you are in.

At one point in my life I didn’t know if I was lovable. I was the non favorite; the less cute puppy. Now I have a family that feeds me my choice of steak, chicken, lamb, turkey, salmon and branzino every day and I sleep on my own pillow on a king size bed and get lots of brushies. Next week I’m going on a wellness trip to Canyon Ranch to relax and spend time in nature. I have healed my old beliefs. I know I am fully lovable now. I hope you know you are lovable too. - Leica by @leicajesudason
