I am beyond grateful, humbled, and overjoyed to have received the Million Dollar Club award at our FITTEAM Vision 2025 event this weekend. This milestone represents so much more than numbers—it’s a testament to the lives touched, the dreams pursued, and the power of perseverance.

This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without my amazing team. Your trust, dedication, and belief in what we’re building together mean everything to me. To the incredible leaders who inspire and guide with passion every day—especially my top leader, Paula—your drive and vision inspire me, and I’m honored to work alongside you.

I’m also deeply grateful to our corporate team and of course, our CEO, Christopher Hummel, whose vision and commitment to making a difference have created opportunities for so many of us to transform lives—including our own.

Of course, having my husband Brendan by my side made this moment even more special. His unwavering love and support have been my foundation throughout this journey, and I couldn’t have done it without him.

10 years ago, a dear friend and mentor, @christopherhummel approached me with an opportunity that would change everything - the chance to help launch @fitteamglobal , a wellness company built on integrity and passion. Since then, we’ve created the cleanest, best and most affordable organic supplements on the market, helping countless people thrive, not just survive… in their health, wealth and overall well-being.

As a mentor, I’ve had the privilege of guiding my clients to reach their wellness goals - mind, body, and soul, as well as supporting others in developing successful small businesses. I’m proud to play a key role in this incredible mission and honored to help lead a company that empowers people to dream bigger and achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Happy Anniversary to us! 🥂🤍

34 years ago today, we said “I do”… and what a life we’ve built since then!

Three amazing children, three beautiful granddaughters, countless memories, adventures, milestones, lots of laughter, a few challenges along the way… and a whole lot of love!

Life certainly doesn’t look the same as it did all those years ago, and that’s one of the most beautiful parts. We’ve grown, we’ve changed, and we’ve built a life and family that means everything.

34 years of marriage… lots of love, a little patience, a good sense of humor, and knowing when to just let the other person think they’re right… it’s always me! 😂

12 years ago this week, my friend Chris asked me to say yes to a vision that was just getting started.

I had no idea then how much that one yes would change the course of my life.

It was October 2014. FITTEAM hadn’t officially launched yet. There was no guarantee of what it would become… just a vision, a friendship, trust and an opportunity I believed was worth saying yes to.

And so I did.

12 years later, here we are. 💙

There have been a whole lot of stairs along the way. Some I climbed quickly. Some slowly. Some seasons required me to stop, adjust and figure out the next step.

I kept climbing.

Somewhere along the way, this became about so much more than building a business.

It became about people, relationships, lifestyle wellness, purpose and especially helping others believe a little bigger in what might be possible for their own lives.

This journey has challenged me, stretched me, taught me and given me opportunities I never could have imagined when I first said yes.

I’ve grown personally and professionally in ways I never expected. When I look back over these 12 years, it’s the people, the friendships and the relationships I’ve built that mean far more to me than any title or milestone ever could.

And 12 years later, I’m still grateful! Still growing, still believing in what we’re building and still excited about what’s ahead.

Chris, thank you for asking me to take that first step all those years ago… and for your friendship, leadership and belief along the way.

12 years. A whole lot of stairs. Still climbing. Still love it. 💙

Hello, October. 🍂🤎

Every day, every season… still grateful.

For another morning.
For a body that allows me to move.
For the people I love.
For the work I get to do.
For the lessons, the growth, the opportunities.
And for all of the little moments in between.

I’ve always loved October — the crisp air, changing leaves, beautiful colors and that feeling of a new season beginning.

There’s just something about it. 🍂
