Hi, I’m Leiha 🤍

Originally from England, now living in Middle Tennessee… and helping people find home in a place I’ve completely fallen in love with.

But “home” has never been a simple word for me.

I grew up in a military family—moving from England to the U.S. as a newborn, living on bases across the country, then spending a few years in Germany before eventually returning to England… all before I was 8 years old.

So from a very young age, I learned what it meant to start over, build new routines, and find comfort in unfamiliar places.

In my early 30s, I made the decision to do it all over again—moving to North Carolina to create a new life. After nine years there, we made another big move… this time to Middle Tennessee, where we’re now building our next chapter.

That’s exactly why I care so much about what I do.

Real estate, to me, isn’t just about buying or selling… it’s about guiding people through major life transitions with clarity, support, and a sense of ease.

My story: A lifetime of moving and relocating!

Hi, I’m Leiha…

I’m originally from England and now live in Middle Tennessee, helping people find home in a place I’ve completely fallen in love with.

Moving isn’t something I’ve just helped clients with. It’s been my whole life, I’ve moved over 20 times. I grew up in a military family, and “home” has meant many different places:
1. England: where I was born.
2. Military bases across the U.S.: we moved over as a newborn and lived on bases around the country.
3. Germany: a few years overseas.
4. England again: all before I turned eight until I was 32.
5. North Carolina: in my early 30s, I chose to start over and build a new life there for nine years.
6. Middle Tennessee: another big move, and where my family is building our next chapter.

Every one of those moves meant a new house, new routines, new schools, new friends, new neighbors and a new normal. I’ve been the new person in town again and again as a child and as an adult.

I know firsthand what it takes to start over, build new routines and find comfort in an unfamiliar place. To me, real estate is about guiding people through big life transitions with clarity, support and ease. A long overdue girls weekend with my best friend 🤍

We stayed at the @hilton Tempo Midtown. She came to Nashville to celebrate her birthday and because this trip was years overdue, and we packed in all of our favorite things… shopping, coffee dates, dinners, champagne, Pilates, and plenty of catching up in between.

Matching bracelets created at the new Yellow Rose by @kendrascott to always remember this trip.. it’s only taken us 6 years to do it!

We even found the cutest Dolly Parton-themed girlie bar, because when in Nashville… 💕🥂

Oh and one experience we decided to try was a Waymo… not sure about that one again then though!

We ended the weekend with the perfect fall day — strolling through Leiper’s Fork, soaking up the slower pace, and making one last stop at Belle Meade Winery.

The kind of weekend that reminds you how special it is to have a friendship that can pick right back up no matter how much time has passed. Already ready for the next one. 🤍

One of my favorite Nashville nights ✨🥂
Steak. Cocktails. Skyline views and a table you don’t want to leave.

@bourbonsteaknash is one of those places that just feels special. Beautiful atmosphere, incredible food, and some of the best views of Nashville.

🥩 Australian wagyu Steak
🍟 Duck fat fries instead of bread, they did not dissapoint!
🍸 A really good cocktail, loved the French 75.. new fave!!
🍮 Crème brûlée to share for the perfect sweet treat!

Perfect for date night, a celebration, or dinner with friends.

Nashville really does know how to do a night out. 🤍

Wow what a summer it was!!

A little end-of-summer life lately ☀️🤍

This summer was one for the books, and honestly, I’m not quite sure how we’re already heading into fall.

We celebrated our sweet Mason turning SIX 🎂, made so many memories with the people we love, celebrated the Fourth of July with some pretty amazing friends, and got to welcome my beautiful new baby niece into the family. 🤍

One of my favorite parts was having my mum come visit Tennessee for the very first time. Getting to show her our new home, our new little corner of the world, and let her be part of our everyday life here made it extra special.

Between pool days, dinners with friends, family time, celebrations, and all the little moments in between, this summer was a reminder of just how much life has changed — and how grateful I am for where we are.

Now… bring on fall, please cool done a little… if you’re in TN you know!! , football, cooler nights, and a little more routine. 😂🍂

Wow what a year it’s been, I didn’t even realize quite how much you have accomplished in the last year until I looked back to make this reel….I still look at you every day in disbelief that you are ours, the greatest miracle!
.
You are so incredibly smart, like a walking book of facts, and you out smart us all the time.. you continue to be the biggest animal lover now matter what creature it is! You have learned to fish, wakeboard, ride your big bike and your motorbike. You absolutely breezed through Kindergarten making so many friends and learning so much! You are so fun to be around and have me laughing all the time. To say we are so proud of you doesn’t even touch how we really feel but I honestly can’t put it into words.

You are loved more than you will ever know by everyone around you.
