POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Photos I took and the ones taken of me — the day I arrived at JAM Summit 📸

One of the most beautiful things about JAM Summit is the opportunity to connect with friends, mentors, and leaders who have inspired me in ways I can’t fully put into words.

Here’s just a snippet of the memories made.

Grateful for the moments, the conversations, and the people 🙏

Here’s what I learnt from Joseph story…
The student version. 😅
I think I’ll recreate it and expatiate more on it.
But for now I hope the message is passed. ✌🏽

One thing I’m doing to stay intellectually active since finishing school is journaling. ✍️📖

I write down lessons from my experiences, insights I gain from people, and teachings that challenge my perspective and help me grow.

Interestingly, this reminds me of something my childhood teacher, Mr. Nik, taught us during our time in the children’s ministry.

He would say:

“The faintest pen is sharper than the smartest brain.” 📝

And whenever he was teaching and noticed we weren’t writing, he would remind us:

“Be a student of life. Those who take notes are more worth.”

😄 And yes, I still remember those words!

Looking back, I realize that learning doesn’t end when we leave the classroom. Life itself is a classroom, and every experience, conversation, book, and encounter can teach us something valuable.

But here’s the thing: don’t just learn; document what you learn.

Our minds can forget what once seemed unforgettable. Writing helps us preserve lessons, revisit them, reflect on them, and apply them when we need them most.

So, whether you’re still in school or you’ve graduated, cultivate the habit of writing things down.

Be intentional about learning. Be a student of life. And never stop growing. 🌱

🚗🔧 YOUR ENGINE BAY DESERVES ATTENTION TOO!

When maintaining your vehicle, don’t forget the engine bay.

Careful engine bay cleaning helps remove accumulated dirt and grime and makes the area easier to inspect for visible leaks or other issues.

At QuickFix & Shine, we pay attention to the details that are often overlooked.

Note: Engine bay cleaning is cosmetic cleaning, not engine repair or servicing.

“Stand guard at the door of your heart and mind.”

There are so many sad, discouraged, and defeated people around us—people who have given up on themselves.

And sometimes, people can unknowingly project their doubts and limitations onto you. They may genuinely think they’re protecting you, but without realizing it, they’re planting their unbelief in you.

Listen, but discern.
Receive counsel, but filter it.
Learn from others, but don’t surrender your vision to their fears.

Guard your heart. Guard your mind.
Not every voice deserves access to your belief system.

I feel good about myself. 🤍
Not because I have everything figured out, but because I’m learning to trust the steps along the way.

There are days I feel pressured. Days I debate with myself before taking a step. Days I genuinely ask, “Why am I learning this? Why am I doing this? Where is all of this leading?”
And honestly, sometimes, I still don’t have the answers.

But I’m beginning to understand that clarity doesn’t always come before the journey. Sometimes, you take the step, learn along the way, and the bigger picture becomes clearer with time.

So I’ll keep learning.
Keep building.
Keep showing up.
Keep taking the next step.

I may not know exactly where every step is leading, but I trust that they’re shaping me for where I’m going. 🥂

One step at a time. 🌱
