My wish to you all is that you continue to support small businesses, those who give back to your community, and especially animal rescues. Thank you all for being such amazing supporters throughout the years. I hope I will be able to come back in some capacity down the line. Love you all, you are the very best, most beautiful community we could’ve asked for. ❤️ by @lemacandles

A Special Announcement!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I have some exciting personal news to share! I’m expecting a little one very soon! With that, I’ll be taking a break from the shop to soak up this special time. Most likely, I will not re-open the shop until sometime in the New Year.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
💕Our last day to accept orders will be October 24th, so now would be the perfect time to shop! 💕
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Everything on the site is available. I will continue to add more inventory as candles sell out while supplies last.
Usually this time of year is the busiest so I am a little sad I won’t be at any candle markets or spending my weekends and nights packing up all your orders. But if you do find yourself needing a candle for a gift or yourself while the online shop is closed, definitely check out any of the following locations that sell our candles:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
- Maeday Outpost - Silverlake, CA
- The Hangar - Santa Monica, CA
- Baked Bar LA - Culver City, CA
- Kustaa Cheese & Wine - Culver City/ Del Rey, CA
- Vintage on Venice - Mar Vista, CA
- Sunstone Yoga - Westchester, CA
- Cornell Wine Co - Old Agoura, CA
- Tangled Hair Boutique - Carol Stream IL ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Thank you so much for your continued support, it’s means the world to me watching this little business grow. I’m so grateful for this amazing community and can’t wait to return when the time is right.
With love and gratitude, Tina

I (Sarah) have tried to write this post 100 times… 💔 it is with immense sadness, to announce that our sweet Mia, the ‘M’ in LEMA is no longer with us.

I thought I would be able to write this big beautiful tribute to her but it’s just too painful. Mia was such a bright light in our family and everyone who knew her. Me, her Dad, Annie Monster 🐾, and Kona kitty have been feeling a little lost on how to navigate this new chapter without her. All I know is, I wish every animal could be adopted and live an incredible adventure like our Mia did. Her final days were spent watching one last family sunset, pizza, donuts, peanut butter, apples, bananas, and so much love.
Forever grateful for 15 1/2 incredible years together. ♥️

Our hearts are shattered as we watch our beloved city consumed by flames. This week has felt like an eternity, seeing the place we cherish so deeply laid to ruin. The devastation is incomprehensible.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When the fires started, many people were at work and not able or allowed to go back home to evacuate their pets. If those animals & other wildlife have survived, there are many that are suffering from burns, smoke inhalation, wounds, dehydration, etc.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Please consider purchasing candles this weekend to help us donate as much as we can for the animals in desperate need.

Thank you so much for helping our community! #losangeleswildfires #animalsincrisis #supportanimalrescue #candlesforacause taken in Los Angeles, California by @lemacandles
