Alhamdulillah first time team up dgn Abg Ngah for @huntrgames Men’s Double Pro, umur 46 (average age 43), masih service (Lt Kol), kitorang sama2 TUDM…

Aku sendiri tak sangka performance kitorang sepadu ini, buat sim pun paling laju 43 minit, tu pun distance 400m, xde “roxzone”. Niatnye nak fun-fun sbb smlm aku dah race. Alhamdulillah dpt no 7 out of 17 team.

InsyaAllah boleh double lagi lepas ni…tp x pernah double lagi dgn @hayana_darliz

Shout out @amazfitmalaysia @361sports_malaysia 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Started with Spartan but somewhere along the way, we became more than just a fitness team. We became family.

From training and travelling together to racing side by side, we’ve been there for each other through the good and tough times.

May Allah keep this bond strong and our ukhuwah alive not just in this dunya but all the way to Jannah, InsyaAllah. 🤲🏻❤️

Plan nak easy 40 minit, ter base run pulak.

With Balance Ultra by @amazfitmalaysia I get comprehensive data throughout my runs, allowing me to analyse my performance and use the insights as a reference for my upcoming training sessions and races.

You'll get sama data with Balance 3 and Bip Max!
