Too black to own it. Black enough to build it. Full piece — link in bio. by @lemalpn
30 days. 30 masjids. An intention that met reality. We were so excited for Ramadan to arrive when it did early, like a gift in the calendar from God. Writing this from home, I realise how much we needed it. I am a revert. I chose this faith. Alhamdulillah, it chose me back. May we carry what the holy month placed in us the strength, the resilience, the faith into everything that comes next. “Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.” — Surah Al-Baqarah, 2:286 by @lemalpn
FIELD 001 is live. Over a decade in Abu Dhabi taught me five things I could not have learned anywhere else. Resilience. Strength. Development. Faith. And the quiet care of a father. This is the first essay from byLPN — a cultural record written from Abu Dhabi, without urgency. Human written. Some AI generated images. A digital footprint from the mind and soul. 2025. by @lemalpn
Sole 25’ @soledxb If you saw Broski and I - read the mirror - Some reflections don’t need captions. We only ate at @misslilysdxb 100 times? To the point I discovered the best cheeseburger yet(with a Caribbean twist.) I used to wonder why people never took pics of me? Why would you when the people around me look so good and creative. Pause - @lorotheluxurist Some of my favourite local talents over two days. Served with @kaytranada as mains, @tyla for dessert. At this point is @justabood Caribbean? And when Lil Yatchy can’t do the job - who better than @raymond_ranger & @djcrownprince ? What’s the opposite to culture vultures? Nobody told me Sole after parties were that good… Last seen @julsbaby_ by @lemalpn
This December makes four years since I stepped out of the corporate world as a CTO and rebuilt my life from pure intuition. Ten years in the UAE spent quiet, private, almost invisible — then a pivot into creativity with no background in social media, marketing, PR, DJing, or entertainment. Just a love for music and a need to create something that felt true. What’s wild is this part: I’ve barely posted, barely advertised, barely campaigned — yet the profile views outweigh the followers by miles. More people are watching than speaking. More people are paying attention than pressing follow. That gap says something powerful: the work travels on its own. The story circulates without being pushed. The impact is moving in ways algorithms can’t fully measure. Very little support, minimal noise — still the momentum builds. Four years into reinvention and the vision keeps widening, the rooms keep opening, and the craft keeps finding its audience. This is a reminder that you don’t need hype to grow. Sometimes the quiet path creates the loudest results. by @lemalpn
November taught me to slow down and really listen — to people, to spaces, to the conversations that shape the man I’m becoming. I realised the room you choose becomes the mirror you grow through; the minds and energies you sit beside can either limit you or lift you. I chose the ones that inspired elevation. I found myself at gatherings that stirred something deeper — events that felt like doors, moments that felt like reminders, and stories that reminded me why I create, why I build, and why community matters. A self-portrait formed through intention, good people, and God’s clarity. A month painted in honesty and alignment. This is Abu Dhabi — a place where history folds into modern light. Where art hangs in the air. Where the city tastes like open fire, where even a Michelin moment becomes part of your personal archive. Here’s to growth, to better choices, and to the kind of November that sets the tone for everything that comes next. by @lemalpn
