Tomorrow is National Coffee Day, so here’s an updated Coffee Guide! It gets bigger every year. The amount of local shops, cafes, roasters, and pop-ups mean there’s every opportunity to support a local business. @bcupcake in Apopka has added Cinnamon Rolls to the menu with the addition of @bswirlco with a roster of sweet, soft, and big cinnamon rolls.
I tried:
Original cinnamon roll $8.50
Banana pudding $9.50
Cookie Butter $9.50
Oreo $9.50
The frostings vary, not all have a cream cheese frosting on top. My favorite was the banana pudding, it was the most moist and loved the flavor.

My favorite booth at my favorite antique mall got a major upgrade. You’d probably see Miss Patti hanging at the Garden Theatre no doubt training the dancers for Footloose.
Babette is at the farmers market by the giant pumpkin getting the weekly town gossip.
Taylor is over at the Heritage Museum planning the next festival.
Rory would be at the bookstore that is no more, but at least she has multiple places to grab coffee before she goes to check on Lane who is teaching kids how to play drums at the Winter Garden Music School.
Michel is at Woof Gang Bakery picking up treats for Paw-Paw and Chin-Chin, but he has a resy for Harlow Grove later.
Jackson is working in the greenhouses on top of the Roper Garden Building while Sookie is cooking her famous risotto in the kitchen below.
You see Kirk riding his golf cart around making extra money with his new scheme he calls: ÖÖÖber.

@ryerowbyoldehearth is open in @ivanhoevillage with lots of baked goods and fresh breads. They used to be in the East End Market but when they left they never halted operations, selling their breads locally and supplying to local businesses. I’m glad they decided to open this bake shop so I once again have a regular pretzel dealer. 🥨 They are in soft open hours right now, but keep an eye for regular hours. If you go make sure to visit @aguilaorl @yaytinyshop and @maffreysgoodgoods too! taken in Ivanhoe Village by @lemonhearted

My chiropractor told me to eat here, so he’s the actual influencer. @lertthai.2026 was such a breath of fresh foodie air for me after so many lackluster meals out. The hospitality meant the most to me, so welcoming and joyful. But the food was top notch as well. There is a bunch of construction blocking their strip center so please don’t let that deter you.

Hispanic Heritage Month Cafecito Passport! Visit all five Hispanic-owned shops in the passport and turn it in to be eligible for prizes! These are the shops and the drinks I would recommend:

@diablicos.coffee - Hojicha latte
@otroorl - Arroz con leche latte

I visited @bobsfamilydiner over on Conway and had a good breakfast complete with a well done omelette and a really good waffle (lots of places are not whipping up good waffles these days)! Service and food were fast and attentive and breakfast for two ran about $50 - but I did order three breakfast plates and drinks. It may not look busy from my video clips, but I strategically record empty tables so I don’t get people since the space was so small. By the time we left the place was packed with a line outside!
