🍋Talking about the meaning behind the brand name today 🍋 the lemon has a rich - yet dichotomous - history of symbolism across cultures: abundance, wit, freshness, and sourness and bitterness 🍋 we value authentic self-expression and celebration of all aspects of life - thus lemons were a natural fit 🍋 swipe to read more about our brand and tagline . . . . . #brandstory #makerbusiness #shopsmallcle #shoplocalcle #creativebusiness by @lemonpressstudio

This is me, and this is who I make my artwork for; we’re so much more than meets the eye. We contain multitudes. We’ve never fully outgrown our “obsessed with Egypt” phase, we’re the first to crack a joke, we spent the winter perfecting latte art, we paint to booty bass — and we want to celebrate all those facets of who we are . . This song also plays in my head at least once a week and is my absolute favorite to Peloton cycle to. You can take the girl out of the 90s/00s … 💁🏻‍♀️ . . #millennialwomen #90skid #makersgonnamake by @lemonpressstudio
If you know me well, you know I hate icebreakers. (Major introvert here.) Especially the human knot (fun fact: a bee stung me during one) and “share a fun fact about yourself”. Like I dunno what to say. “Fun” is extremely subjective, and half the group just uses their fact as an attempt to flex. Like good for you that you love to ski so you winter in Breck. THAT SAID, the moment I saw this trend, I had to hop on bc I will take literally any excuse to share pictures of Francis 🐾 & my artwork 🎨 … and a few Easter eggs . . . . . #shoplocalcle #stationeryshop #smallcreativebusiness #stickershop #introvertproblems by @lemonpressstudio

I get asked all the time, “Did you draw that?!”, and the answer all the time is “YES, I did draw that!” 💁🏻‍♀️ 🍋 I started this business because I love drawing: letters, illustrations, stationery layouts, you name it. It’s my creative outlet, so the heart and purpose of Lemon Press Studio is to create and share my art 🍋 what that means is: everything is digitally drawn by me. No clip art. No AI. No purchased graphics. And literally like 2 fonts. (Seriously, 99.9% of the text on my products is my hand-lettering.) 🍋 if you like relatable, expressive, and colorful designs and value human-made art, you’re in the right place! Head to my bio to find my shop & follow along here on the gram for behind the scenes and unserious silly fun in Stories . . . . . . #smallcreativebusiness #shoplocalcle #smallstationerybusiness #smallstickershop #stickerartist by @lemonpressstudio

Posting this in honor of my lilac trees starting to bloom 🪻 a little later than usual, which I’m attributing to the weather being all over the place this year. 🌿 Which is why I drew this series of plants you see on these stickers & notepads - a perfect way to enjoy a little greenery year-round, regardless of weather, and wherever you are 🪴 grab your favorite plants & flowers from my shop - linked on my bio 🌱 . . . . . #plantparentcommunity #cutestationery #lilacseason #stationeryshop #plantloversunite by @lemonpressstudio
Iced coffee season is upon us, so of course a cute, personalized tumbler is a must for making coffee at home a little extra fun ✨ 🌸 my stickers are the perfect way to customize your cup! They feature my original illustrations (no clip art, no AI) AND they’re dishwasher-safe so you don’t have to think about hand-washing. 🌸 find your faves - you know where to click 😉 . . . . . #icedcoffeeseason #tumblerstickers #portuguesetiles #blueandwhite #creativesmallbusiness by @lemonpressstudio
Between existential dread, Q1 retail (in *this* economy?!), & constant undertone of fear that CEOs think everyone’s jobs can be replaced by AI, who else is barely hanging on by an HRC side-eye? . And if it makes you feel any better, AI is in no shape to replace most jobs anytime soon, at least in the way C-suite thinks it can. I saw some great advice on Reddit today: if AI “takes your job”, then wait for the phone call asking you back and give them your consulting rate 💁🏻‍♀️ . Anyway, I’m terrible at writing captions so please buy my stickers. (Which are NOT made by AI, just me and the printers) . . . . . #smallbusinessmemes #corporatememes #hillaryclinton #smallcreativebusiness #shopsmallcle by @lemonpressstudio
