🌿 Remember Your True Nature 🌿

Remember Your True Nature is a 3-hour immersive transformational journey inspired by the values and spirit of Lemuria.

An invitation to gently move from the busy mind into the body, from the body into the heart, and back to your true essence.

Through a carefully crafted progression of walking meditation, authentic relating, transformational breathwork and conscious movement, participants are invited to slow down, reconnect with themselves, open their hearts and remember the joy, freedom and aliveness that already lives within.

Rather than becoming someone new, this journey is an invitation to remember who you already are beneath the noise, the roles and the conditioning.

Suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners.

No previous experience is required.

The evening concludes with a nourishing community dinner and a beautiful fire performance, offered exclusively for the participants as the final celebration of the journey.
