“Rugged terrain “ series
Hiking through the peaks of the Balkans has had a huge influence on me as an architect and landscape designer and as a human being. There’s something about being surrounded by these enormous landscapes that completely recharges me — standing there feeling tiny, almost insignificant, yet intensely alive.

I’m drawn to rugged terrain, vast perspectives, and the raw shapes and textures of nature. The shapes of the rocks, the layers of the terrain, the depth and scale of the mountains — all of it stays with me. I bring those impressions back with me, and somehow they find their way into my creations. by @lenapalui
