Executive Chef and Managing Partner at Le Noir. Michelin-trained in Paris, Top 5 on Top Chef France, and founder of his own restaurant for over a decade before bringing his craft to Singapore.

For the Le Noir menu he blends French traditional techniques with exceptional ingredients to create modern dishes, designed for sharing — crafting a vibrant dining experience.
Being highly creative and passionate, he is excited to curate not only dishes for our everyday menu but also to create unique menus for private events.
