A crown emerging through the fog. A stranger holding your gaze just a little too long. Walking through @darkforestkc, I kept finding moments that felt pulled from a nightmareβ€”then catching myself stopping to admire how beautiful they were. Halloween through my lens. Shadows, spectacle, and a little fire. πŸ•ΈοΈπŸ”₯ Huge shoutout to @quixoticfusion for the artistry that brought these woods to life, @powellgardens for the setting, and the entire @darkforestkc team for bringing it all together. To the performers: the costumes drew me in, but your expressions, movement, and commitment to every encounter made these photographs. Thank you for giving my lens something unforgettable. πŸ–€πŸ‘πŸ½ πŸ“Έ Dallas Winters | @LensKingLeo Happy Halloween. October 17, @distrkct came alive with unforgettable costumes, live performances, and a crowd that brought the energy from beginning to end. πŸŽƒπŸ”₯ But behind the masks, music, and madness was something bigger β€” a vision brought to life. Major birthday love and respect to @itsmuhsya for creating a space where music, creativity, and community could come together. πŸ–€ From the stage to the dance floor, every frame tells a different part of the story. 🌍 CULTURE. COLOR. CONFIDENCE. πŸ‘‘ African-inspired fashion took center stage at the 18th & Vine Arts Festival! πŸ”₯ With 30 years of industry experience, @k.made.it brought bold patterns, vibrant colors, powerful silhouettes, and cultural expression to the runway. From striking face art to statement accessories, every look told a different story. A beautiful celebration of creativity, individuality, and fashion. ✨ πŸ‘πŸΎ Special appreciation to @imquez_ for the vision behind this experience and @18thandvineartsfest for continuing to provide a platform where art, culture, fashion, and community come together. πŸ‘— Designer: @k.made.it 🎨 Festival: @18thandvineartsfest πŸ“Έ Photography: @lenskingleo πŸ“ Kansas City, Missouri Capturing culture through color, atmosphere & emotion. #AfricanFashion #KansasCityFashion #FashionPhotography #18thAndVine #KCFashion by @lenskingleo
πŸ”₯ JOFUNU COLLECTION | 18TH & VINE ARTS FESTIVAL πŸ”₯ Where creativity meets confidence. πŸ‘‘ Bold prints, vibrant colors, and statement pieces that speak for themselves. The Jofunu Collection brought a fresh perspective to the runway, blending individuality, culture, and style into every look. From the details in the designs to the energy of the models, this collection was a reminder that fashion is a form of self-expression. πŸ”₯ Kansas City has talent, and it’s worth capturing. πŸ“Έ 🧡 Designer: @jofunu_accessories πŸ“ 18th & Vine Arts Festival | Kansas City, MO πŸ“Έ Photography: @lenskingleo Which look would YOU rock? πŸ‘€πŸ‘‡πŸΎ #FashionPhotography #KansasCityFashion #RunwayFashion #KansasCityPhotographer #18thAndVine by @lenskingleo
Fashion doesn’t have to play it safe. 🎨πŸ”₯ MONTAGΓ‰ brought color, texture, attitude, and wearable art to the runway at the 18th & Vine Arts Festival. From hand-painted pieces to reconstructed silhouettes, every look had its own personality β€” and that’s exactly what made this collection stand out. Crochet, but make it runway. 🧢πŸ”₯ One of my favorite collections to capture during the 18th & Vine Arts Festival fashion showcase. Rachel Hughes of Studio RAE brought crochet to the runway with bold color, texture, intricate patterns, and pieces that looked just as good in motion as they did standing still. This is the kind of creativity I love capturing β€” taking something familiar and turning it into wearable art.
