BEFORE MANY OF US FOUND OUR OWN SOUND, THERE WERE PEOPLE WE WATCHED, LEARNED FROM, AND LOOKED UP TO. SOME MAY NEVER KNOW HOW MUCH THEY INSPIRED US.

IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER:

@nana_d_solomon @therealbrightgain @sirt_oluwatosin @awesome.t.bass @enochmam @felixjackson18 @agbajoshu @therealbrume @bmybrumy @knoteofficial @dolapogroovy @barr_ken @kokobasstv @dunsinoyekan @isobass1 @raphyabasi @chibuzo_bzstrings @kalimbagruv @danielkennyb @ken.rawlings_ @music_murse @mouthpiecepsalmy @ekundayodbass

TODAY, WE CELEBRATE AND HONOUR THEM. ❤️🎸

PLEASE ADD THE NAMES I MAY HAVE FORGOTTEN, THOSE YOU LOOKED UP TO, AND EVEN THOSE WHO BELIEVED IN YOU. LET’S APPRECIATE THEM TOGETHER. EVERY CONTRIBUTION AND EVERY ENCOURAGING VOICE MATTERS. taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @leochizaram

Whether you pray or not, God remains God.

Your prayers do not validate His sovereignty, and your silence does not diminish it.

Prayer was never meant to be a transaction, where devotion is offered in exchange for desired outcomes.

Come boldly. Pray consistently. Trust completely.

Not to earn the love that has already been given, but because I AM SO LOVED.

REGARDLESS OF THE OUTCOME, GOD IS STILL GOD.

Never sang Iba in my life, wasn’t on the setlist, but I thank Jesus because He always TAKES OVER🙏🏾

MUSIC IS A PROFESSION TOO.
Just like law, engineering, medicine, fashion, media, and many others.

Being a Christian should influence HOW YOU PRACTISE YOUR PROFESSION, the values you uphold, and the things you participate in.

But perhaps we need to stop treating “OUTSIDE THE CHURCH” as synonymous with “OUTSIDE THE WILL OF GOD.” taken in Lagos, Nigeria by @leochizaram
