For 14+ years Coda has been by my side. She lived in a car with me for a year and a half. Lived in an RV and traveled most of the country with me. She jumped the Canadian border and tackled a border patrol agent who was rough with me. She once protected Sgt Pepper from a coyote. She’s been here to see me at my best and at my worst and still loved me the same. She taught me a lot about myself and having her made me feel like I was finally an adult.

This morning, she died by my and Dasha’s side. If there is any fairness in this world or the next, I have to believe I will see her again. And if heaven ain’t a place for my dog, then it’s no place for me either. I’ll follow my little bitch to hell and back.

Happy 45th Birthday to the one and only, larger than life, Gary Albaugh. You are my younger brother, but I look up to you. Anyone that is lucky enough to know you, knows you’re truly one of kind. You have a heart of gold, you’re an amazing father and you make our family so very proud. I couldn’t imagine going through this life without you and I look forward to the day that I move back east to be closer to you brother.

Sorry about that time I almost broke your foot throwing a hulk hogan dumbbell at you.

Sorry about giving you a perfectly executed DDT from the couch to the floor that almost killed you.

Sorry Alan and I called you OUT at first plate and you argued to the point of chasing us down the street and destroying Alan’s scooter with a baseball bat. (You were out btw)

Sorry you thought I smoked weed in your house (I didn’t), and you threw me out on thanksgiving.

We don’t see eye to eye on a lot of things, but I know you understand me and I understand you on a level that no one else can. Love you little brother.
