One of the best shoots I’ve ever been apart of. Playing the part as if I owned the place was a mind blowing feeling.

The spiritual half of me knows I don’t need any of it to be happy in life but the other part equally knows we are here to experience life to the max and luxury can really add to that experience.

Desires are great to have, no matter how big they are as long as whatever materIal possession you want to achieve isn’t to compensate for something your lacking internally.

This motivates me to achieve big things every time I see myself in this video 🤩🎥

The journey of awakening & consciousness often begins within relationships.

Because every wound, scar and story will once again become visible within the conflicts, the emotions, the pain that manifests once again in relationship to one another.

Whether we unconsciously or consciously choose each other this is true.

The difference is when we are conscious of what is coming up (the pain body), the past trauma, the wounding, and when we can honestly see the other person through eyes of love and not conviction we can heal... Together.

But my gosh is it a journey. Or has it been, for us.

And yet I am forever humbled and grateful to this man for our path.

We said it 9 years ago that the stars brought us together. 'It was written in the stars' we used to say, and back then we didn't really understand what that truly meant.

We've both walked through fire together, and even in the murkiest waters... Even in our deepest wounding... In the times when our trauma bled so much into the relationship and we lost our way together... We have never given up on each other.

We spoken about endings, we consciously talked about what we both need and desire in a union, and even when it's got to the point of almost an ending I have still felt that no matter what happens we truly will hold each other through it.

Because the bond is deep, feels anciently deep. At times it could've been so much easier to walk away.

And yet we don't... We continually choose each other all over again.

I can’t believe you’ve gone. 🐾 Tinksy Boy
.
A week today I was woken with the worst nightmare of Leon telling me “Tinksys Dead….” - my whole body breaking down in disbelief and non acceptance.
.
How….? How can our precious boy be gone….
.
After everything we’d gone through with you, being so poorly and nearly losing you to FIP and then you becoming better.
.
It didn’t make sense. We’d just arrived back from Billy’s wedding and only been home one two nights to find this happening. 💔
.
Our hearts cracked open in the deepest way, I’ve never seen heartbreak and grief touch my man’s heart so profoundly.
.
We cried together over and over. The loss and the emptiness in the house has been crazy.
.
We wanted to give you the bestest send off and honouring we possibly could. With a beautiful burial in our garden next to the elder tree, on a bed of petals, with your favourite toys and underneath the most beautiful rose called “Bring me Sunshine” which you did every single moment of every day.
.
Our lives are not the same, and our hearts will take time to heal. You weren’t a cat to us, you felt like a child. Maybe in another life that’s what you were, and I thank God we found you again, even if it was short.

I’m so grateful for all we’ve gone through, I can actually say that with such clarity because who we have become is so much more.
.
As a couple and as individuals. I see the growth in us and I’m so proud of us.
.
It’s not easy to own your sh!t and say when you can see your own shadow and the things you do that hurt others.
.
But that level of honesty and accountability builds the deepest trust.
.
Want to rebuild trust. BE HONEST. Be accountable. Own up when you know you can do better next time.
.
Say sorry. And genuinely mean it.
.
Show up in the ways you know you can. Don’t wait until it’s too late. Genuinely, there’s no point in fighting out in ego. Because what we all truly seek and want is just to be loved and to feel seen and appreciated.
.
It takes ALOT of self/reflection, inner work and accountability to heal from our own pain, and the shadow we created to deal with that pain, but it’s sooooo worth it.
.

Relationships aren’t meant to be easy - they’re meant to bring up and show us all the places we aren’t fully free inside. Where past hurts have shaped the way we relate to one another and also to ourselves too…..

and in seeing this we can open up on a deeper level which affects everything, how we relate, express, communicate, feel and experience this life. 🙏🥹
