Struggled a lot lately mentally 💚 always have with mental health but, it comes in waves and sometimes, it’s hard to explain or even talk about. Anyway, after a long work week, getting home and listening to music had me feeling like moving and crazy as it seems, it HELPS! 🙏🏼 the boost of serotonin is abundant! Yes I’ve had a couple drinks but only a couple.. music and dancing has always been my #therapy and always will be I think!
•
No matter how hard times may get, find your “go to” thing and go there with no second thoughts.. for anything or anyone else (sounds selfish but only to those who don’t understand) - put YOU first and get yourself grounded again.. feet firm, head up and get your stride back!

So glad to be back around cars, #detailing is my calling and something I’m happy doing. It’s my therapy as well as my happiness. I get shown appreciation for the work I do which is THE most important thing when it’s a job

So today marks the redundancy conclusion of my job role with traffic management. Things happen, life can be and is very much unpredictable but, although life throws curveballs and difficulties in your direction, you have to remain as positive as possible in every situation 🙏🏼

“As one door closes, another one opens but, the door doesn’t open itself.. it has to be pushed or pulled”. I will keep moving forward, creating opportunities and taking them with as much of a positive outlook as possible

Single man I may be and yes, sometimes the hardest tasks are the easiest ones when you battle mental health but, to rise above it and keep moving is all I’ve known how to do and to do it, alone 💚
•
I was taught to be independent from a young age and to continue to learn to do things alone. Life throws curveballs, tough times and challenges in your path but it’s what you learn and how you overcome those times that make the biggest differences.
•
It’s a tough time for me mentally at this time of year but I’m happy spending time alone by @leon_wilding
