(‼️Swipe to end for result‼️) Client had a leak in the tub and was wanting to replace the whole thing. We tore everything out, found the leak, replaced where the water had damaged and then put the tub back in. Looking great. by @leonards_construction

Client wanted soffit and facia replaced. Stuck with a white but chose to have them run flat into the siding versus the old slanted ones. This was done both around the house and the dormers. Gutters were completely replaced as well. The client painted around the house on her own, but we painted the dormers. Looking great. Smaller side request. Client asked for their ceiling to be painted. Took 2 coats being older wood soaking it up. Pops very nice in person, a little tougher to see over the phone. (‼️She was painting the walls on her own‼️)Also done at this residence was a little block path under the gate door. Weeds were growing up in the path the door swung open to. Dug it out below, filled mostly in with stone and brinks she had laying around as requested, and filled the gaps with sand and dirt. I do not have a picture but it’s holding up great. by @leonards_construction

Client was looking for just the deck boards replaced. Although not shown in the picture, when we pulled off the original deck boards were rotted. This is due to the side the deck sits on being in the sun very little throughout the day. We did a full replacement and used composite deck boards as chosen by the client. by @leonards_construction
