A TOUR OF THE WEARALL 
The Wearall has been in development for a year, and I wanted to walk you through the details before its release at 10am Wed Sep 02.

The Hood:
I do not like hoods at all, but given the ethos of this jacket was to accompany you in any occasion, I knew it needed one. This led to the double collar, which is both a playful design feature, and seamlessly integrates the hood, folded within. When open, the hood is a large, double lined piece, with a gentle front curve.

The Cuff: Watches and jewellery are a passion of so many in the ZOBO community, so I wanted a cuff that framed them beautifully. By pulling the drawstrings, the sleeve folds like a flower around your pieces. When you let it out, the sleeve widens, making this jacket genuinely unisex in wear.

The Loop: The ZOBO carabiner is a catalogue staple, and I enjoy designing a loop into garments where it feels organic. Here, it sits tucked under the curved panel, which minimises swaying, and is positioned at the right height to use your keys without unclasping.

The Pockets: This piece is designed to fit seamlessly into your life, and that extends to its ergonomics. We designed four pockets; two by your side, and two on the chest facing inwards. The placement makes getting your things really easy. The pockets are deep, fitting passports, small books and large phones. I can say first hand it is the best travel jacket I have ever used.

The Fit: Despite the practicality designed into The Wearall, we draped it in a silhouette which is familiar to existing ZOBO customers, which hides the practicality to ensure the jacket does not look too ‘sporty’. Boxy through the chest, and cropped at the waist, The Wearall is designed to drape on you without overpowering. You can purchase true to size, for a cropped body, and reassuring shoulder. Or size up, for a drape that looks intentionally unintentional.

The Fabric: This was one of the puzzle pieces which took longest to crack, as our brief was very specific. Water resistant yet not crunchy, typical of nylon. An interesting texture, with minimal sheen. A versatile tone, that is both athletic and formal. After 3 goes, it was worth the pe by @leonkasperski
