So good to be able to attend the Amos Bursary Gala and celebrate some incredible young people. @amosbursary has been doing life changing work to support high achieving African and Caribbean students through higher education for a long time. Spent some time with @apple testing out the Apple Watch Ultra 3🍏 Learned how to utilise key features such as custom workouts that integrate with familiar coaching softwares like TrainingPeaks, automatic track detection and cool key feature for coaches that support monitoring your training load based on your relative strain - a key metric helping make better informed decisions about how sustainable your training is. As a kinaesthetic learner this was the perfect environment as we explored these features over a run that included easy, track speed and tempo running led by @bitbeefy and friends.Felt like a full circle moment as the first fitness watch I owned was an Apple Watch. @applefitnessplus definitely know how to curate an experience 🤝 by @leonparkes_
