Custom 1 of 1 shortie for our friend Holly @1wawny Holly had an old late 90s / early 2000s Rip Curl suit that she loved. We took that nostalgic look as our main inspiration, but reshaped it with more refined, feminine lines. High heels and a wetsuit Archive from a test with a fashion brand. Seeing outsiders experiment with technical surf garments offers a fresh perspective. Surfers naturally fear kook or outsider marketing, as we hate to see our core subculture watered down or used as a shortcut to cool. The capsule is a reflection of our yearly pilgrimage to the Basque Coast of France.
