I wasn't expecting to find a 10 year old video in my archives today. It's hard to believe so much time has passed and it somehow feels like no time at all. This was back when I was testing out video and capturing behind the scenes moments from my own shoots.

It's always great to take a moment to look at your past work and see how much things have changed (and in some cases, haven't changed at all).

The wedding of Vicky & Jerry was an intimate and beautiful celebration 🤍 During the era of social distancing, when we had a few brief moments where we could have events, this beautiful couple invited me along to be one of the small number of people to be there to celebrate their union. I was honored to be part of it 🫶

Portraits of Noushig 📸 Another one of my besties, who has always been a willing model, whether it was for one of my university projects or while on vacation together in the Amalfi coast, I can always count on her to strike a pose and look fantastic doing it.

This particular shoot was during a more challenging time in her life, but as always, she put on a brave face, some of her awesome clothes and just had fun creating portraits with me one afternoon. I'd like to think it was somewhat therapeutic.

Sharing from the archive today. With over 18 years worth of work and hard drives, I have photos from weddings, portrait sessions, small events and personal projects, and I haven't taken the time to slow down and look back, or to share some of the beautiful moments I've been part of and witness to. So, I am working on sharing more.

These are a tiny fragment of photos from the wedding of Tamar & Angelo. It's so special to be able to photograph one of your besties on her big day. It was a truly memorable one for me.

There is nothing quite like a magical ballet performance, complete with accompanying violin & harp, to welcome your guests to the main hall of the wedding reception 🩰
