Closing out September on a high note. We hit so many first milestones this month. Sometimes we spend so much time training and obsessing over individual tasks, we forget to see how far we’ve come. I’m so proud of my pup.

First start to the hurdle jump.
First attempt at the long jump board.
First whistle recalls.
First bites on the suit.
First out guard scenario.
First face attack.

More work to be done. by @lerihanson

There are some people who come into your life and quietly change it forever. For me, that’s you, Leri.

Thank you for standing beside me through every step of my French Ring journey. Through every success, every setback, every moment I questioned myself, you’ve never once stopped believing in me. When I couldn’t see the light at the end of the tunnel, you were the one reminding me it was still there. You refused to let me give up, even on the days I was ready to.

Your unwavering support, endless patience, and constant encouragement have shaped me into a stronger handler and an even stronger person. You’ve challenged me to be better, pushed me beyond what I thought I was capable of, and celebrated every victory, BIG or small, as if it were your own.

The person you are is nothing short of incredible. Brave, determined, resilient, compassionate, and endlessly generous with your time and knowledge. You have a way of lifting everyone around you, and I feel unbelievably lucky to have experienced that firsthand.

I adore you more than words can express, and I hope you know how deeply appreciated and loved you are. Thank you for believing in me when I struggled to believe in myself. Thank you for every lesson, every pep talk, every laugh, every correction, and every moment you’ve invested in me.

No matter where this journey takes me, a part of every accomplishment will always belong to you because your fingerprints are all over the person I’m becoming.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you. I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor, teammate, or friend. ❤️ by @lerihanson

Noelle Nasca….

My guuurl 🥰

This is such an incredible gift that came at the PERFECT time!

Not many know but Z came up lame a couple weeks ago. I was certain it was her cruciate ligament or her patella. Luckily it is neither of those things, but she will need some time off to rehab before we resume our normal work.

The first few days of her lameness I thought this could be a career ending injury and already contemplating Z’s future, or lack thereof….I was in a bad headspace 😟

Dr. Athena Kepler has assured me the iliopsoas is a common injury amongst many sport dogs and that there are things I can do to minimize reinjury.

Needless to say…after receiving this precious gift I’m even more motivated for our future, handing it over to trial secretaries and filling it up with lotsa scores-god willing 🙏🏻

I’m not sure who did the beautiful artwork but maybe Noelle will tag them. The chosen font, the color, the attention to detail, the overall design…incredible!! UPDATE: @abyndogs @abysworkshop is the magnificent artist!!! #scorebookcover #frenchringpitbull #dearfriend #preciousgift #motivated by @lerihanson
