Yesterday’s routine 💃👯🩰

I’m not going to lie, I probably need to start putting proper routines together 😂 But at the same time, there’s something special about stepping on stage, letting the music take over, and allowing it to tell you which shots to hit.

Man, what a day yesterday was. My first-ever pro show, and I came away with 4th place in an incredible lineup. I’m genuinely honoured to have stood alongside these guys and to be able to do what I love.

Congratulations to the winner — he looked amazing and fully deserved the win! 👏

A huge thank you to @1_bropro and @2brospro_events _events for putting on such a great show. The amount of hard work that goes on behind the scenes is massively appreciated, and none of this would be possible without you guys.

Thank you to the team at @ukprotan_deuxfreresfrance for making your boy look half-decent on stage 😂

And last, but certainly not least, @joshmaleyifbbpro and @josh_maley — thank you for the incredible MC work, and congratulations on your own pro debut too, mate! You did an awesome job, and I’m so glad it was you introducing and MCing my first pro show.

Finally, thank you to everyone who has messaged me throughout this prep, offered words of encouragement, and shown their support. I appreciate and love you all ❤️

What a day. What an experience. Onwards and upwards! 💪 by @leroy_wilson95

Your new IFBB PRO …. Leroy Wilson!!!!

One hell of a season for Leroy starting it off back in march where he won his first regional overall in his first ever competitive season! Leroy rocked up the underdog with no one knowing who he was and very quickly turned heads, I told him just before he went on stage today ‘show them who you are Leroy’ and with his added size from a 6 week rebound he did just that 👏🏻

Leroy presents himself the way every pro should, he’s humble, complimentary with others and will be a perfect roll model for the sport 🙌🏻

Massive future ahead for you my mate, you did it 🫶🏼

What they see vs. what they don’t.

To have success at any level of bodybuilding, you have to be willing to go to places you don’t want to until it becomes your norm. Once upon a time, I hated training legs to the point of avoiding them entirely. I didn’t like the pain, I didn’t like the difficulty, and if I’m honest with myself, I didn’t like that I wasn’t strong on them. Then I realised: nothing worth having comes easy.

Moral of the story: do the uncomfortable things you know you need to do to get to where you want to be. KILL THE ENEMY INSTEAD

Since a chilled night on birthdays is what we are most happy with. I wanted to share something special. The work no one sees.
A timeline of 7 years. A lot of hard work and moments we have shared behind closed doors, through heartache, loss, celebration, loneliness, hopelessness, gratefulness, being blessed and many more.
I get to share with you, doing something what we love. I love you and I love our life and as we get older and already aware of just how precious life is, I think taking time to slow down and appreciate just how far you and I have both come. I don’t even think sometimes I can share how I exactly feel but I hope this message shares a little insight. It’s more then just bodybuilding 🫶🏽🤍 by @leroy_wilson95

That brings Chapter in 30 to an end hopefully 31 we keep achieving our goals, don’t have a lot to say just thank you to everyone who has helped me realise my dreams @empurves and @reecemc_ifbbpro and also my sponsors @esncom last but not last those that have supported me and continue to do so I appreciate and love you all👊🏾🫶🏾
