Swore on a 2,500-year-old jupiter stone to get sexier every single day, signed it with a drop of blood, then a few lovely people changed the letters and it was flashing on a massive public billboard next to the weather forecast. I’m locked in.

It’s Earth Day, which is a good reminder that wood is one of the most precious materials in the universe. It’s rarer than diamonds!

This set of photographs is one of my favourites because they depict the beauty of our existence so perfectly. Happy Earth Day to our one-of-a-kind home 💯📈😍

What do you see first, the colour or shape?

The form of the Venus Of Dolní Věstonice is astonishing in its simplicity: as tall as 4.4 inches, one of the earliest known fired clay figurines, was found with the fingerprints of a child on wet clay.

Using soft pastels, I sought to echo the patience of the original form. I felt the subtle grit of layering, blending, coaxing each contour, letting the form emerge under my hand; just like the sculptor.

I constantly thought about how the enduring resonance of a work shines beyond a single lifetime. taken in Moravské zemské muzeum by @lesartsdesh

If I had to name one ceramic artist who continuously redefines the medium for me, it would be Ron Nagle. These are my #top3 favourites—each a masterclass in playing with clay. His meticulous surfaces, unexpected color #harmonies , and playful yet precise forms create an unparalleled sense of elegant yet #notorious whimsy (so me).

Happy Valentines! 💌
