Please join us October 1 for a thoughtful conversation about sustainability culture! This event features one our chapter's past scholarship awardee, Katie Brown, and is inspired by LDEI International's Green Tables Initiative.

Are we doing enough? In the face of climate change and complicated food policies, it can be hard to see the impact of our individual gardens, compost bins, or CSA shares. Join Chef Katie Brown for locally-sourced refreshments and a discussion of Transformative Food Systems, the next chapter of the sustainable food movement. With social justice at its center, this holistic understanding of sustainability allows us to make a deeper impact– not by working harder individually, but by learning to lift together! Whether for your business, neighborhood, or family, this discussion will empower you to connect with your community and amplify individual efforts into systemic transformation.

The LDEI Green Tables Initiative is a chapter-led program that was created to deepen the relationship between locally grown food at farms and gardens with school and community-food programs, restaurants and kitchen tables. Chapters that participate in Green Tables offer programs and events that unite communities with fresh, sustainable foods and foodways through cooking classes, demonstrations, tastings, community-gardening projects, farmers’ market programming and more.

LDEI STL Charity Bingo Night, a family-friendly fundraiser hosted at @goodnewsbrewing Wildwood on Wednesday – June 17, 2026. Registration begins at 6:15 PM, games start at 6:30 PM

HOW IT WORKS
Your registration goes directly to our chapter.

Each participant receives 10 bingo cards and one free drink (soda, beer, wine, or vodka cocktail)
