Mental health is a pandemic in this country that is not taken very seriously. It can be a very debilitating disease if people don't seek help and be honest with themselves that they need help. Mental health doesn't just come in the form of depression, its anxiety, addiction, and substance abuse. May is mental health awareness month. Let's be intentional about checking on our loved ones and friends today and forevermore. We never know what one person is going through in their season.

As the song says that's playing, just stand(stay) strong in the Lord he's there in the fight his hand is on your life! He is not far away! We may need counsel from therapists and medications to help stabilize us, but we do know we have the mighty healer, counselor, and provider in Jesus. Lean on him, draw close to him, love on him, and he will strengthen your faith! May God continue to bless you in whatever season you are going through! 🙏🏼 💚🙌🏽💪🏽

Thank you for a song that reminds us that Jesus and his blessings are NOT FAR AWAY!!! HALLEJUAH @rickydillard @jasonclayborn44
