POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

10 years sure have flown by. My art has gotten larger and more 3D.

It’s hard to believe I have more than a decade of traveling artwork under my belt. So much has changed, both in my art and in me. I’ve lived a lot of life.

These days, I am intentionally sitting with and healing the things this version of Leslie was painting through.

I don’t feel like that woman anymore, but I know I am who I am because of her.

And I honor her. I even miss her jubilant naivety.

The live music industry gave me a place for my heArt. It gave me a container to blossom, to be constantly inspired, to bring others along. I had no idea it would grant me the experiences I have had, and I don’t know where else it will lead me. Every time I move away from it, it brings me closer. It’s rough and tumble, and I’m tough as nails for it. Everyone who goes through the gauntlet has a special grit and a million stories. I’m proud to be one of those with the stories and to have earned my wings, in my own regard. by @lesliecanedaart

Last gig of the year, @powertothepeoplefest . What an incredible experience to be a part of such a big thing. So much to process from it all, but for now I’ll say I am grateful for the opportunity and the alchemy. 🔥✊ by @lesliecanedaart

@submersionfestival lily pads are getting an upgrade 💫💫💫. Wish I could make it this year to dance in the forest with y’all! The lily pads will be there in my stead. Have the most fun! 💃🪩🧚🏿‍♀️ @dot_art_brandon by @lesliecanedaart

My favorite part of a festival is flowing through color, together. Well done, artners! by @lesliecanedaart
