It’s that beautiful time of year again when all of the endorsed Chaplains from all over, serving across all the different disciplines - all branches of the Military, Fire, Police, Civil, Border Patrol, and Healthcare gather together to drink from the proverbial fire hose and soak in everything we can! It was an incredible experience!! I loved seeing dear chaplain friends while making new ones and having Brian by my side for it all makes it extra sweet! #LDSChaplain #beingachaplainisthebest #sisterschaplainsandsaints by @lesliemerkley

Boston is a newly minted 16 year old with a license to drive! His girlfriend Afton made him the most amazing birthday cake and his favorite gift was the long awaited kitty he has been asking for, for years! Oh how we love our Boston Boy who is now taller than all of us! #Bostonsbigbirthday #Bostonisthebest #BostonandDipper #onemanbandtocelebrate by @lesliemerkley

Happy Birthday Brian!!!! He flew home late on his birthday so an obnoxious sign and a surprise welcoming committee was in order! We had fun making 58 teeny tiny scrolls - on each one is written something we love about him (Plus a few extra because I couldn’t stop at 58), we scrabbled his name and went to dinner with his very most favorite people! And P.S. how does my 3 year old grandson have such good handwriting? #58andooohsoooogreat! #brianisthebest #besthusband #bestdad #bestpapa by @lesliemerkley

Another fun fall break staycation adventure! This time the famous Bonneville Salt Flats for a little speed, 360 action and impromptu family photo shoot when we found a perfectly placed barrel out in the middle of the white expanse! Otter even got to come along for the ride! #bostontoppedoutataround110mph #leslie100mph #brian105mph #golittlesilvergo #suchacoolfeelingdrivingoffintothegreatwhiteexpanse #BostonBrianandme #Otteristhebestdog by @lesliemerkley

Day 2 of our family fall break staycation - horseback riding on Antelope island! It really was a perfect day!!! The weather could not have been more beautiful and the views of the snow capped mountains were incredible - there is something special about being on the back of a horse with views and people that you love! Finished up with dinner at The Prairie Schooner in Ogden which tied up our cowboy vibe with a nice purty bow 🤠 #antelopeisland #brianlooksgoodonahorse😍 #BostonBrianandMe #yeehaw #theprairieschoonersteakhouse by @lesliemerkley
