Fresh off @chocolate.citys.best Future Giants National Top 10 selection, I’ll be helping launch Industry Mondays at @therumbarbk.

I’ll be there every Monday, hosting and working with the team in partnership with @drink_juliagin.

Starting this week, I’ll be featuring two original cocktails I developed as part of the Monday program.

This week, @djsynchro sets the tone.

Likkle but Tallawah.

Built this for Chocolate City’s Best Future Giants.

The idea was to create something small in format, but big in presence, flavor, and identity.

Worthy Park 109, Grand Marnier, plantain oleo, allspice, and bitters.

A lot of intention went into this one, from the balance to the presentation.

Grateful for the opportunity to share it and for everyone who took the time to taste and give feedback.

Just getting started.
