Built this for Chocolate City’s Best Future Giants.
The idea was to create something small in format, but big in presence, flavor, and identity.
Worthy Park 109, Grand Marnier, plantain oleo, allspice, and bitters.
A lot of intention went into this one, from the balance to the presentation.
Grateful for the opportunity to share it and for everyone who took the time to taste and give feedback.
