POSTS STORIES REELS

They say cancer is a multi-billion-dollar industry, but stories sometimes circulate online claimina simple natural solutions can cure it. One such story involves Vernon Johnston. who was said to have tried a baking soda and molasses protocol after being diagnosed with advanced cancer.
The idea behind the claim is that cancer cells prefer certain metabolic environments, and that alterino the bodv's internal conditions - such as pH balance or sugar availability - could affect how cells grow This concept is sometimes linked to discussions about cellular metabolism and the environment in which cells function.

Vernon Johnston, also known as “Vito,” became widely known online after sharing his personal story of being diagnosed with stage IV prostate cancer that had spread to his bones.

He reported using a protocol involving baking soda + blackstrap molasses, along with vegetables, juicing and an alkaline-focused diet. His theory centered around cancer metabolism and changing the body's internal environment.

His story is a personal account—not clinical evidence that this protocol cures cancer. There are currently no good clinical trials showing that baking soda and molasses can cure

There IS legitimate scientific research into cancer metabolism and the tumor microenvironment — but that does not mean baking soda or molasses has been proven to cure cancer. The NCI states that no food, vitamin, supplement or herb has been proven to cure cancer, but I'm skeptical now.

What I can share is our personal experience and the evidence behind natural approaches that have actually been studied.

HUGE SHOUT-OUT to @resonate369 for finding and sharing this🙌❤️

Did you know the CIA spent years studying how sound can literally reprogram your brain? ( Forget what you think you know about meditation. In the 80s, the Agency investigated something called the "Gateway Experience." They used binaural beats and specific frequencies (Hemi-Sync) to synchronize the brain's hemispheres. The goal? To reach deep Theta and Delta states, the same levels of consciousness linked to the ancient "Ohm" to unlock "psychic functioning" and remote viewing. We're talking about declassified documents that read like science fiction. Is it just psychoacoustics, or were they tapping into something much bigger? by @lesstoxicdarling

Your skincare routine deserves a second look. 🌿

According to an Environmental Working Group (EWG) survey, women used an average of 12 personal-care products containing 168 unique ingredients DAILY. That's where the often-quoted 60,000+ annual figure comes from.

But it's not just about how many ingredients we use. It's about knowing what's in them.
4 ingredients I encourage you to look out for:👀

1️⃣ Synthetic fragrance (parfum):Can conceal numerous fragrance chemicals, some of which are associated with allergies, skin irritation and potential hormonal effects.

2️⃣ Parabens:Preservatives that can mimic estrogen activity. Research continues to investigate their potential endocrine and reproductive effects.

3️⃣ Phthalates: Used in some fragrance formulations and cosmetics. Certain phthalates are associated with endocrine disruption and reproductive health concerns.

4️⃣Formaldehyde-releasing preservatives: Can release formaldehyde, a known human carcinogen, and may cause allergic contact dermatitis.

🌿 What can you do instead?

• Choose fragrance-free products when possible.
• Look for transparent ingredient lists.
• Choose simpler formulations with well-characterized ingredients.
• Explore botanical ingredients such as aloe, calendula, chamomile and other plant extracts.
• Remember: natural doesn't automatically mean safe. Botanical ingredients can cause allergies, too!

❤️THE SKINCARE I TRUST 🌿

This is why I love Herbal Face Food.

It's a botanical-focused skincare line featuring 25 botanical extracts, including rare and concentrated plant ingredients. Its formulations are made without added water, fillers or emulsifiers, focusing instead on botanical ingredients.

And TODAY is the LAST DAY of their 50% OFF sale!

If you've been wanting to simplify your skincare routine and explore a more botanical approach, this is a great time to take a look.

What if one of the most fascinating things about your skin is its ability to interact with metals?

Here's the science👇
Melanin, the pigment responsible for skin, hair and eye color, has a remarkable ability to bind certain metal ions. Researchers have demonstrated that melanin can bind metals including lead (Pb), copper, iron and zinc.

🔬A 2012 study published in Bioinorganic Chemistry and Applications* found that melanin extracted from human hair and laboratory-produced melanin could bind lead. Researchers are even exploring melanin-based materials for potential water purification applications.

Why is this interesting? Melanin isn't just pigment. It also plays protective roles in the body, including interacting with metals and helping regulate oxidative stress.

However, there is an important distinction: although melanin can bind metals, we don't yet have human evidence showing that tanning increases heavy-metal elimination or that sun exposure detoxifies the body.

☀️ Enjoy natural sunlight responsibly, support your body's normal elimination systems, minimize exposure to environmental toxins, and never confuse a sunburn or tan with a detox.

🔬STUDY:
Melanin-Based Coatings as Lead-Binding Agents (2012)
https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC3350951/

Your body is incredibly complex. The more we understand nature, the more fascinating human biology becomes.

Educational information only. Sun exposure carries risks, including skin cancer. Heavy-metal exposure requires appropriate testing and medical guidance.

☀️Start with daylight: Get outdoors regularly, especially in the morning, for natural light exposure.

☀️Check the UV index: There is no universal safe number of minutes to tan. Skin type, location, season and UV intensity all matter.

☀️Avoid burning: A tan is actually a response to UV-induced skin damage.

Huge shout-out to @thesoundtheory for sharing this. I know many have seen, but wanted to reshare how powerful frequencies are.

This is why I'm obsessed with my rife machine🎵🙌🤍
I believe Nikola Tesla said it best...
“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”

Another popular version circulating online is:

“We are all energy, and everything is energy. Match the frequency of the reality you want, and you cannot help but get that reality.”

It's not magic. It's resonance. Everything around us is in motion, carrying its own patterns of vibration. From the smallest particles to the vastness of the cosmos, frequency is woven into the fabric of our universe.

The question is… what frequency are you tuning into?

☀️I've done a bunch on sunscreen and it's hidden dangers, but so many attack and defend it.
Now I'm not saying go lather yourself in baby oil at peak sun hours and fry, but there are so many other natural alternatives out there.

🚨 Atrazine is a widely used herbicide that raises serious questions about pesticide exposure and human health.

Research has linked atrazine exposure to hormone disruption and reproductive effects in some animal studies. Yet pesticide regulations differ between countries, with the EU banning atrazine while the US continues to permit certain uses.

What else is on our plates that deserves a closer look? 🌱 Knowledge is power when it comes to protecting our health.

🔬Research matters. Exposure, dose, and individual pesticide regulations all matter, too.
The EU ban is documented by the European Chemicals Agency, while the US EPA continues to register atrazine for certain uses.

💦The EPA's dietary risk assessment did not identify risks of concern from estimated food and drinking-water exposure, so it’s important to distinguish established findings from ongoing scientific debate.

Information from @thediaryofaceopodcast

Too dangerous to be used in Europe.
Jeremy Grantham explains why he believes the US takes a very different approach to pesticides compared with other countries.
He raises concerns about atrazine, a widely debated herbicide, questioning how chemicals designed to kill pests could affect human health.
He also argues that Americans may be unaware of the substances permitted in their food, raising wider questions about food safety and the regulations designed to protect us.
Could the food on your plate be putting your health at risk?

✨ THE SECRET TO DEWY, GLOWING SKIN? It might already be in your kitchen!

I love finding simple ways to simplify my beauty routine, and this DIY facial mist uses just 3 ingredients. 🌿
Huge shout-out to @dewyfacedbitch for sharing this recipe I experimented and revamped a bit🙌

MY 3-INGREDIENT DIY DEWY MIST

Ingredients:
• 1 cup boiling water
• 15 whole cloves
• 1 teaspoon vegetable glycerin
How I make it👇
1. Pour 1 cup of boiling water over 15 whole cloves.
2. Cover and let steep overnight.
3. Strain the cloves out completely.
4. Once cooled, add 1 teaspoon of vegetable glycerin and mix.
5. Shake before use.
6. Refrigerate after use and discard after a week.

Glycerin is a humectant, meaning it attracts and helps retain moisture in the skin. That's why it's commonly used in skincare products designed to leave skin feeling soft and hydrated.

🌿 WHY CLOVES?

Cloves contain eugenol and other plant compounds that have demonstrated antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity in laboratory research. One study investigated clove extract and eugenol for their effects on UVB-related skin damage in cells and mice.

📚 the study here](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/30178790/).

✨MY DEWY FINISH HACK After applying my mist, I use my hair dryer on the COOL setting from a comfortable distance.

💬 If you like the links to the the nontoxic skincare plus my cbg collagen I'm obsessed with comment ✨️GLOW✨️👇

⚠️ A quick safety note: Clove can irritate or trigger allergic reactions in some people, and research on homemade clove water for facial use is limited.

🧠 CAN A SOUND REALLY RESET YOUR BRAIN? 🎧
Creator tagged🤍
Have you ever listened to a sound that rises in pitch and felt your mind suddenly go quiet? ✨
There’s an interesting reason this might happen — and it starts with your brain’s attention system.

🔬 Here’s the science

🎵 1. Your attention follows the sound.
When a pure tone gradually rises in frequency, your auditory system detects and processes those changes. The sound can become a focal point, giving your attention something simple to follow instead of jumping between thoughts.

🧠 2. Your brain actively processes what you hear.
The auditory cortex responds to sound, while attention influences how strongly certain sounds are processed. Research has shown that paying attention to sound can change activity in the auditory cortex.

🌿 3. A moment of mental quiet may follow.
When you focus on a single sensory experience, you may become less absorbed in mind-wandering for a moment. This can feel like a mental reset — although the effect varies from person to person.

✨ 4. Is it the same as a healing frequency?
Not exactly. A rising sine wave is different from binaural beats, rhythmic sound stimulation, and meditation music. Research into these techniques is ongoing, and the evidence does not establish that one particular frequency can universally reset the brain.

💫 Try this: Listen at a comfortable volume, take a slow breath, and notice what happens to your attention. No pressure to feel anything special — just observe.

📚 The science behind the sound:
A study published in Human Brain Mapping examined how sound presentation rate and attention influence activity in the auditory cortex.
🔗 Read the research: https://pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC6871736/

Tell me in the comments: Did this sound make your mind feel quieter, calmer, more focused, or no different at all? 👇
