My worst tipper came all the way from PUERTO RICO to get her lashes done by the best 🦋😂 My girls know I try to keep it professional but don’t you ever tell me you want to start higher than 12mm… it’s not happening. Anyways, enjoy a peek into L Esthetics and of course we got her back to her prime with the Glam Package (Lash Extensions + Brow Sculpt) using all @lesthetics.shop products on the lash extensions of course. All lashes are from our Cashmere Collection - using a mix of 0.03 + 0.05 CC & D curls, with a few B curl spikes. Those bright eyes post-extensions is always achieved using the Aurelia Bond (low fume, high range temp + humidity, and 0.3 sec drying time) : name a better deal?? Expanding my portfolio one event at a time 🦋 To think I attend my first beauty convention just one year ago, fast forward to the present and not only have I attended over 5, launched a product line, at my 3rd vendor booth of the year, but actually on the panel!!?! Built to Bloom was an amazing event filled with women who are ready to take that next step. Last year, I attended my first ever “lash convention” called the @pinkcollarconvention surrounded by Beauty professionals who were all hungry for more. I left that convention in love with my job and with this industry. I left inspired and ready to figure out how to take my brand to the next level. Since that day: I’ve attended countless events, taken 2 mentorship programs, hosted my own event, built my own product line, become an educator, and most importantly — I’ve met and created relationships with so so so many beautiful, smart, and ambitious women in this industry. This year, I returned to the same event as a vendor and nominee for the Rising Star Award. Something so small is such a full circle moment, and win or lose, it makes me reflect on how much you can accomplish in just 365 days when you truly believe in yourself. 🤎 Thank you to @estheticallyfab, not only for hosting such an amazing event, but for inspiring so many of us to reinvest in our business, our passion, and in ourselves.
