Congratulations to our 3 athletes who competed today at the @npcjuniorusa, all 3 earned their IFBB Pro Cards. Even more impressive, this was each athlete’s first attempt at earning a Pro Card under the guidance of Team Atlas.

@itsjujufit earned her IFBB Bikini Pro Card, while @lestj0 and @sweetlana_mo both earned their IFBB Fit Model Pro Cards. Congratulations, ladies! I did it!! First time back on NPC UNIVERSE national stage after 4 years out of the game 🙌🏻 This is the BEST I’ve ever performed and looked at a pro qualifying competition 🤩

I’m SOOOO proud of the look my coach @teamelitephysique and I brought. First callouts is a great accomplishment for me, however that’s not what I came for and I won’t stop this time around until I make my IFBB dream come true 🙏We are just getting started 💪

9 years ago I became a entrepreneur💕 It only took me turning 29 to take professional headshots..blame my youngness LOL 😅

In 2016 I established my career goal, but didn’t start working towards it until 2022. One of these days I will be a Natural Doctor 👩‍⚕️ aka ND- Naturopathic Physician to help people HEAL. This is why I changed my job title from “personal trainer” to Holistic Health Coach back in 2020 💚💚💚

Life as a business owner is so rewarding, but it is also extremely difficult. Some months you don’t get paid, other months you’ll make more, sometimes you won’t make anything at all. You’ll experience highs and lows -joy, accomplishment, freedom but also fear, depression and anxiety. You will make mistakes so be sure to learn from them. Or the lesson will annoyingly repeat itself lol. You’ll be running on no sleep and low funds in the beginning, but eventually you’ll rise out ☀️ I wouldn’t trade my journey for anything!

As a young professional (and still am 😜) I was blessed with clients who never judged me & my age when it came to my personal training business. I think it’s because I wasn’t only knowledgeable ( endless hours of studying, research, education, experiences) but I am kind and passionate about helping them improve their health in any way I can.

The biggest advice for young entrepreneurs I would say is make sure you’re passionate about your business, work hard and just keep swimming 🐠😅 You won’t make much money in the beginning (or you might I didn’t lol) but if you don’t give up God will provide 🙏 Being able to persevere through the challenges you’ll face is what makes you successful and builds your character!

They say when it’s love at first sight, you just know—and that was us. Clint told me on our second date that he was going to marry me, and we’ve been inseparable ever since🤍

Wild to think I’m a Covid bride 💀—definitely an unforgettable chapter of my storyline! Navigating 2020 meant riding the highest of highs and lowest of lows, but nothing could stop us from having the dreamiest wedding day on the exact date I picked out (because you know I’m a numerology girl ✨) 10.10.2020 💍

Fun fact: I was actually in competition prep during my wedding and stayed completely sober the whole weekend. I was truly just high on life! I also grew out my natural hair color just for this day so that when I looked back—and when I show my kids & grandkids—I’d be in my truest, most natural form. I chose to wear my hair in a braid as a spiritual symbol of unity, protection, strength, and the integration of my mind, body, and spirit into my new identity.

I’ve shared before about the spiritual battle that often occurs when you enter a sacred union. The enemy loves to attack covenants blessed by God—something I wasn’t prepared for until we had to experience it ourselves. For years after saying “I do,” we were fighting and drowning in the turbulence together. But I thank Jesus Christ for His unfailing love and strength, which carried us through and helped us win the war.

We rebuilt our lives from rock bottom and got right back on the path we were meant to walk to fulfill our mission👩‍❤️‍💋‍👨✝️🔥
I share this not to scare anyone, but to remind couples joined under God to armor up, protect your peace, stay faithful and push through the turbulent seasons together. Keep growing your faith side-by-side in your divine union and block out the noise.

Sometimes life takes you through seasons of drought. Times when the results aren’t visible, the path feels tough, and you’re tested in the quiet. I’ve always loved this saying “what’s done in the dark will always come to light” 💯 But those dry seasons are never wasted. They are refining your character, strengthening your roots, and building the resilience you need for what’s ahead.

You had to survive the drought to handle the harvest.Love yourself through the process, trust the timing, and keep going. I’ve walked this path a couple of times.. So trust me when I say your bloom is coming 🌸🔥

My husband definitely thought I was losing my mind, but somebody had to investigate what’s actually swimming in these cans🫡

A quick breakdown of what I found in the aisle today:

🐟 Yellowfin Tuna: Thought you were getting just fish and water? Surprise! Here’s a side of “vegetable broth” and vegetable oil.

🛢️ The Oil Trap: Half these cans are drowning in seed oils. If it doesn’t say Extra Virgin Olive Oil or Spring Water, put it down and back away slowly.

🐟 Sardines: The undisputed king of protein, but why is there enough sodium in here to preserve a mummy?! 👻

Save this for your next H-E-B trip so you don’t stand in aisle 444 reading labels for 20 minutes like I did 😆🛒✨

Day 1 of Operation Turn Pro, I had zero intention of entering the new Fit Model division. After taking four years off from competing and losing a significant amount of muscle mass, I had to look at things realistically: getting back to an Olympian level of Bikini muscle was going to take time and quite a bit of PEDs for me to reach that stage... So, I laid my ego (and my sparkly, beautiful suits 🤣) down and decided to give Fit Model one solid year to see if it was for me.

I ran my NPC rookie season here in Texas HARD. I placed in the 1st call outs all 2025 at the national qualifiers and that kept me committed just a bit longer. It was 17 straight months of pure grinding until I earned my Pro Card 🥹🙏

I loved every single look I brought to the stage in 2025—even if it leaned a bit too muscular for the initial “Fit Model” criteria. BUT finding the boundary between pushing hard in the gym and not overbuilding for the division was a constant mental battle. Nobody talks about how tough that balance really is in this division.

Now that the Olympia standard has been set, I have a clear target. I’m confident in where James and I can make improvements and bring up my muscularity slightly to hit that mark.

I’ve taken 6 full weeks off from lifting and cardio (8 weeks post-Pro debut) to completely reset.

Here is my new baseline 💖 Now, it’s time for my favorite phase: off-season. Time to push heavy, EAT, grow strategically, and set the stage for 2027 😈🦾🅾️

Prior to my breast augmentation, I hadn’t taken 6 consecutive weeks off from the gym in 13 years—since before I even started my health and fitness journey. Some might call that obsessive, but for me, it was how I managed my anxiety, seasonal depression and mental health. That single hour every day was how I poured back into myself after giving so much to my community and loved ones.

I was very anxious of taking this time off. Not because I was afraid of losing progress or gaining weight, but because movement was the very first holistic tool that ever helped me start to heal.

While I did have a few moments of anxiety during recovery, they were manageable—because I’ve built a truly beautiful, peaceful life for myself. A soft life. In all my 32 years, I have never felt my energy this still, calm, confident and grounded. My life path hasn’t been easy, and reaching this place is a testament to choosing strength and courage over being a victim of my circumstances.

These 6 weeks of rest, delicious meals, surrounded by kind souls and relocating into an inspiring environment, have completely rejuvenated my mind, body, and spirit. We have officially entered my FAVE time of the year and I cant wait to explore!! I’m sooooo excited to step back into my NEW routine this week and keep walking in my purpose🥹❤️🙏

If you’ve made it this far, consider this your gentle push to start healing. The process can be intense and overwhelming, but acknowledging every piece of yourself is how you truly rebuild into someone whole🐦‍🔥

What was supposed to be a fun drink at sub-zero temperatures turned into a full-blown standoff over who was going to crack first.. My dancing strategy worked until my toes went numb af 🏆😂
