Outdoor ceremonies always look effortless… until the wind shows up 🌬️✨

Your wedding party is one of the most overlooked parts of the ceremony timeline. Between nerves, heat, wind, and emotion—it’s a lot happening in a very short walk down the aisle.

As a coordinator, I always remind my couples:

✔️ Prep your wedding party before they line up
✔️ Secure bouquets and loose pieces (especially outdoors)
✔️ Have bobby pins + tissues ready for the “unexpected moments”
✔️ Give them a quick posture/pace reminder before they walk

These small details are what keep your ceremony looking smooth and intentional—even when nature has other plans 🤍
