Absolute pleasure to once again be premiering a lovely batch of gems from the highly talented @spunoff. This time he returns with a five-track EP on @lesyeuxorange - the renowned Parisian platform/duo widely respected for their music promo curation and high quality label releases. 💿💿This release is a banger: seamless progressions and layers of lush pads, chords and melodies within floaty reverberant spaces. These make a lovely contrast with the hard-hitting basslines and rhythms building through each track along with some slick and captivating vocal chops and phrases. The vibes are reminiscent of many early 2000s progressive stuff that we love but with a very much original and fresh sound. Included are two remixes - one from @eoin_dj , who builds on the same energy with a more percussive and hynoptic twist. The second remix, from @mahkina.mx steers ‘Bejo El Ventilador’ into a lovely euphoric and trancey direction. Proper quality stuff from some amazing artists.
