It’s been a min.
Tonight’s post-gym meal includes homemade mashed potatoes with Costco swedish meatballs, gravy and red berry sauce (?), served with steamed broccoli.
I feel like I’m at IKEA 😂😍
Also, please admire my festive wine topper.
What do you think is the best way to prepare broccoli?
Bye for now 👋🏼 by @letemklottcook

Today, @alainadepuys and I went shopping on behalf of the GFS Supply Chain department and cleaned out the shelves (sorry people). The department raised $400 and brought in even more goodies that we will be donating to the GR Food Club!
Why didn’t we shop at GFS? Because Meijer had the deals today.. leave us alone. by @letemklottcook

Classic Pot Roast
Prepared via my favorite kitchen appliance… the Instant Pot.
This isn’t the most visually appealing dish, but it never fails to HIT. It’s also very healthy. I would add celery next time.
I love how you don’t have to cut anything up once it’s plated.
My parents made this for me growing up and always took the time and care to separate the carrots and potatoes from the meat even though all of it would cook in the same pan🥺, so that’s what I attempted to do here.
Until next time 👋🏼♥️ by @letemklottcook

Chicken and wild rice soup made with homemade stock 😋
It’s officially Fall ya’ll meaning it’s time to crank those Instant Pots on. This was my first time making my own stock, and it was so easy and worth it. I used to order this soup from Panera religiously until they started to water it down. I can assure you mine is 10x more delicious.
Fun fact: If you are in a pinch, you can combine milk & butter to make heavy cream.
Thanks for being here!!! by @letemklottcook
