Hi Queens!
I wanted to share a PSA regarding the pedicure chair. I would like to kindly request everyone stop using the foot rest for their dirty, salty shoes. This causes the leather to break down and sometimes I can’t get the marks off. I’m okay if your guests sit there, just no feet.

The black chair was specifically bought for guests. This is also in a strategic location so you’re not turning around to talk to your guest causing your hands to move while I’m trying to provide a service. You can see each other, close range, table, outlet available. It’s the perfect spot! by @lethalsnails

Hi Queens,
I’ve compiled a spreadsheet to establish seniority for my clients. I need to reduce my client load by 34. I will message everyone separately on Monday letting you know who else is available to take you on as a client, if you’d like. I ask for respect and understanding during this time.

This is one of the hardest things I’ve had to do in a very very long time. Many of you have been with me a year plus. I want to thank everyone who has stood by me since the beginning- and I’m realizing that’s 50% of my clientele. I appreciate and love everyone. by @lethalsnails
