It’s not often you get the opportunity to meet a Hollywood acting legend but that’s exactly what happened today during work, got to meet the wonderful @jeffgoldblum
So happy I got the chance to say hello to him.

So happy that I got the opportunity to meet @edgarwright earlier today at a signing for his movie The Running Man. He even liked my Suspiria T-shirt from @hellonshirts

Yesterday was my first ever visit to @ftlohorror in Manchester and it was amazing!

Got to see so many brilliant cosplays, watched some really good Q&A’s (@tedraimi and @deadmeatjames were my favourite), bought some goodies (love the @hellonshirts T-shirt) and managed to get Nick Castle and Linda Blair to sign my 4K steelbooks.

Thank you to @talie_clare for giving me the opportunity to experience this phenomenal horror convention, we have already decided to go again next year.

I wanted to say thank you to everyone who commented on my previous post.

I genuinely appreciate all of you who gave me reassurance regarding my current situation. I didn’t actually realise so many of you like my Instagram feed so much, I am extremely grateful for all your support.

I won’t be as active over the next few days and might not post much this side of Halloween but rest assured I will still be liking and commenting on other stuff.

Thank you once again, it’s so nice to see people looking after one another on here. ❤️ by @lets.get_physical.media

I’ve not had a good few months since the end of May/early June and it has had a knock-on effect on my mental health. I’ve tried to make some lifestyle changes and focused on myself but I’ve recently found myself failing. I’m now losing interest in what I do which includes watching movies and posting on Instagram.

I’m currently deciding on whether to continue on here as I don’t feel like I’m enjoying it as much as I used to, it just feels like I’m competing with others instead of supporting. I also feel that my posts and Instagram aren’t being supported. I try my best to like and comment but I don’t get much time set aside to do this as much as I’d like.

At the end of the day I do this for myself but I’d like to get a bigger audience if I could, I just think it might not be worth it anymore.

If I suddenly disappear altogether then you know I’ve given it all up. by @lets.get_physical.media

Delivery today from @refusefilms in the form of their blu-ray release of Frankenhooker.

I watched this movie for the first time last year and really enjoyed it, probably more so than I expected. Silly, goofy, hilarious at times - the bedroom scene with the multiple ladies is a highlight (you’ll know why if you’ve seen it).

This looks to be the most complete version I’ve seen, with three versions of the movie and SO MANY extras!

Didn’t get round to posting this the other day. Got a copy of Misery in 4K from @arrowvideo

Absolutely love this movie, my favourite Stephen King adaptation and has such a phenomenal performance from Kathy Bates. The hobbling scene makes me wince every time I see it, even though horror and gore in movies don’t phase me, something about THAT scene gets me without fail.

Early new release delivery today. 4K steelbook edition of the original Friday the 13th.
I do enjoy this movie. I wanted to get the Steelbook edition so I could get it signed by director Sean S. Cunningham at FTLOH next month.

Managed to get myself a copy of the limited edition 4K release of Sexy Beast from @secondsightfilmsofficial

I absolutely love this movie, couldn’t recommend it enough. I’ve only ever seen it late at night on Film4 and was eager to get this edition. I had to wait until I had money set aside for it as I couldn’t get it on the day of release. Thankfully it was still available when I ordered it.

The month long celebration of Halloween is about to officially begin but that hasn’t stopped me from celebrating early.

Today I sat down to watch a double bill of Hammer horror, both starring Peter Cushing as the brilliant Baron Frankenstein.

A Better Tomorrow trilogy 4K boxset from @arrowvideo

This is the set I’ve been looking forward to getting. I’ve seen the first two movies years ago and really enjoyed them, never seen the third so having it in a set with the others means I can now watch the entire trilogy, as well as seeing a work print of A Better Tomorrow II and the extended version of A Better Tomorrow III.

This has been such a good year for Woo fans! 🔥🔥🔥
